Had a fabulous 2 night stay. Every thing about this stay was wonderful, David was a fantastic host who was very knowledgeable about the area. Room was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about staying in the Cotswolds.

David was a great host , nothing was too much trouble and his personality was relaxed and friendly. The rooms and amenities were great and rooms comfortable and spotless a real home from home.The gardens and surroundings were also lovely , we would definitely stay here again next time we visit Bourton .Best BNB I have stayed in, well done David and team 👍

Staying at The Coombe house is a marvelous experience. David, the owner, receives you with a warm welcome and attends to your every need while you are there. The house is everything one could ask for when escaping to the country. The garden is masterfully laid and meticulously kept and there are several benches from which a couple may enjoy the natural beauty. The rooms are simple, comfortable and elegant. One feels at home in pristine sheets and light carpets. Breakfast is met with personalized attention in the dining area as David serves your chosen meal hot from the kitchen. The home is five minutes walk from Bourton-on-the-Water. Parking is easy and secure behind the house. This is definitely the place to stay in the area. Worth every pound! David is so warm, welcoming and accommodating… he quickly feels like a friend you’ve known for years. Coombe House is a great place to stay. David is a fantastic host - really keen to ensure we were all comfortable and happy. Breakfast was hot, tasty and just to our liking. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Coombe House is a great location to walk to some lovely restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

As this was our first time in the beautiful Cotswolds, we cannot praise this lovely guest house enough. As soon as we pulled up in the car parking area we were greeted by David our host who was so welcoming by offering to help carry our luggage and settling us in. The breakfast was wonderful and the view of the gardens made it extra special. Our room was perfect, so cosy and very peaceful. Only a very short walk into the local village. We highly recommend this gorgeous accommodation and a huge thankyou to the wonderful host David. A real tribute to you David. You have given us some very special memories to take home to Australia. Coombe House is in a great location just a short flat walk from all the attractions and the village itself. The property and grounds are immaculate with great facilities. David the Host is excellent and really takes pride in Coombe House and the service he provides. He is very welcoming, a great conversationalist and personality which really makes your break special. The extra little finishing touches such as fresh milk, bottled water, biscuits and bathroom products in your room really make a refreshing change and a difference. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful with a good variety to select from and the quality was 1st class. The stay is also great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending David and Coombe House to anyone.

Had the best stay ever in this delightful b&b. Our room was lovely and cosy and the choice of breakfast was amazing. Situated just on the edge of the village, it's an easy stroll into the center. Our host David, was just brilliant which made our stay even better (thankyou David).

Our two night stay at Coombe House was a lovely way to celebrate my birthday. We had been to Bourton before many years ago and believe Coomwe made an excellent choice in staying here .The house is delightful and only a short scenic walk into Bourton on the water village . David was a wonderful host catering to our every need . He was very knowledgeable of the local area and made useful recommendations for dining and places to visit. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a lovely view of the garden . What better way to start the day than with a lovely tasty breakfast with plenty of choice . We will be recommending Combe House to our family and friends and will definitely be returning ourselves. Thank you David for being the perfect host and welcoming us into your lovely home .

Our 2 night stay at Coombe House was perfect.The house is walkable from the village, just along the road from attractions and from the lovely riverside walk. There is ample parking at the rear of the property. The owner made me and my daughter very welcome and he had a lovely friendly manner that made us feel at home. He gave us ideas for places to visit and where to eat and was extremely helpful. Our twin room on the first floor was a good size with ensuite bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were excellent and at night there was no traffic noise. There was a comfortable guest lounge with TV. Breakfast was first class, fresh fruit salad and Danish pastries a nice addition to usual cereals. Full English with vegetarian option or smoked salmon and scrambled egg were freshly cooked with mainly local ingredients and were served with a smile. Remembering our first names was a nice personal touch. There is nothing that we could suggest as an improvement, it was first class.
