Usual warm welcome but there is always a difficulty getting a table for meals if you don’t book in advance. Its popularity would suggest a larger restaurant and bar area to cope with demand!

The room is fine with everything as expected. The USB chargers in my room do not work but it is fine I don’t expected too much as the price of this hotel is economic choice. Good to have free Carpark The bad thing is the restaurant only allow us 45mins for the breakfast!! I don’t find this is mentioned during my booking, also it does not mentioned on the menu too. I don’t think it is reasons as 45min does not enough for me to enjoy my breakfast for a holiday morning! Also, it is not fair to the guest as it is not a condition mention during booking. I had breakfast in the other premium Inn but the restaurant does not request us to leave in 45min! Very bad experience!

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff go over and beyond for u and even my little boy so good with kids very understanding. So friendly and caring:) the room was amazing and so comfy best night sleep. Affordable and the breakfast for 10.99 amazing cook breakfast and pastry’s fruit toast cereals hot drinks coke drinks. The staff in the restaurant was amazing too. Highly recommend to stay !

My trip to Premier Inn North was fantastic. I like to go there to relax due to its quietness and serenity. Loved their room, breakfast and dinner. It’s always lovely at Premier Inn North and staff are great. Very helpful they are

Needs updating and freshening up. There's also the traditional musty smell in the corridors. The staff were great and deserve better pay and conditions.

Nice family room and handy for staying at airport next day as close to motorway etc, restaurant bar next door and close to shopping centres. Breakfast deal was amazing value and would return again. Plenty of car parking and clean facilities.

Very good- clean spacious and comfortable room. Lovely helpful and friendly receptionists. Super-king bed, the bathroom had a bath and over bath shower which was the best hotel shower for quite a while! Plenty of parking and, although it’s right by the a busy dual carriageway, there are quiet rooms .

Arrived at 1.50pm to be told that check in time was 3pm but if we paid a £10 early check in fee we could have the room, really???? So the room was ready but because it wasn’t 3pm we couldn’t check in, didn’t do it on principle, if it was 12pm or 1pm I could possibly understand but if the room is ready then where is the issue?won’t do Premier Inn again I’m afraid
