Good location but no water heater

Everything is good except there is no free water and no refrigerator in room

Wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel as it part of the Radisson Group I was hoping for good things - initial impression however was very poor- evening checkin process took over 45 minutes - self check in machines not working Staff not trained or knowledgable no queue management. Rooms were basic. Breakfast was chotic food quality poor and choice limited - scrambled eggs worst ever experienced. Hotel bar closed without notice. No room service or food options. We had booked two nights but tried to reduce to one it was so bad. Positives would be the location -reception staff in the day were helpful. parking is difficult unless you lucky enough to find a space in the hotel garage. Has potential with better management to improve. To add insult to injury we had to over pay for our stay due to a mix up with the room booking - Prozehotel central booking was not helpful.

Great single traveller option, excellent value in a (almost) brand new property. Quiet location, no traffic or other noise to disturb, but still only a few minutes walk from centre of Bonn and public transit options. Housekeeping is every 3 days which may annoy those with longer stays. Check in is a problem at this hotel, always a queue and it seems to take an inordinate amount of time to process guests, self service check in terminals still lie idle. Funky and bright colours, might not be to everyones taste. Everything is clean and working. Decent breakfast offering at a fair price. WiFi works

Seven days in Germany 5 in Prizeotel, Very modern hotel with excellent location in Bonn city directly on the river and very close to the city center and all attractive facility and perfect restaurant. The room is very comfort and excellent shower experience. The breakfast just outstanding fresh food . The most important thing that the staff very professional and friendly. Well done.

Lovely position on the Ufer ..river bank ...with car parking( extra charge) within easy walk from town centre for restraunts etc .Excellent breakfast . Rooms are a bit quirky with regard to decor but comfortable and well appointed. There is a roof top bar with great view of the river

The rooms are very cramped with basically no storage space. We had to put clothes on the windowsill, for example. The guy at reception informed us that housekeeping is every 3 days. Who would stay here that long, anyway? It means that there is no room service. The website does not say that. I would not have booked the room if I had been aware of this lack of housekeeping.

A funky little hotel with easy check in. Room was well equipped and spotless. Hotel is in a great location, right on the Rhine and easy walk to Centrum. Parking garage was available right at the hotel. The rooftop bar was a relaxing space were there was a tv with sports and a variety of drinks to order. Seating was available inside and out.

When we arrived at the hotel Jona was the first person we met, she was very sweet, professional and overall accommodating. Any questions we had about the area or the hotel she was always there to help us out . The rest of the Staff were also very welcoming. At breakfast we were always greeted with smiles and Good mornings, the variety might not have been the biggest , but everything was fresh and tasty. The rooftop Bar has a nice view and a good place to sit down and have a drink. Even though our time at the Hotel was short we will always remember Jona and the others for how thoughtful and nice they were for the time we were staying there.
