Avid Hotel Tulsa Hills

Overall an excellent hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and laid out in a way that is great for our environment.

Much better than the first night. Traffic noise was still loud, but no kids stomping and hollering for hours above me. Comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to write home about. I would stay here again, but request a top floor, maybe, to avoid overhead noises.

There is apparently not much for sound barrier at this hotel. I was on the 2nd floor. The traffic sounds outside were quite loud -- much louder than should be expected in a hotel room. Also, whomever was above us had children who hollered and jumped and stomped and dragged stuff around the room until after 1:30 in the morning. It was impossible to get to sleep or stay asleep until after 2 AM. Sound shouldn't carry quite so well in such a new and quite nice (otherwise) hotel.

Roads closed and much detour to get there. Deposit unexpectedly large and still waiting on refund. Keys did not work after 24 hours. New keys each day. Aggravating when you have to go back down each day for new key. Staff were friendly but wouldn’t stay again until some of this resolved. Other avid in Tulsa 100%. Deposit 25 dollars not 100 and refund next day

Very average hotel. It was a good option if you’re looking for something inexpensive, but it could have been cleaner, I never could get the tv casting to work, and something was up with the plumbing.

Very clean and new. Nice sized flat screens in rooms. Very fast and easy check in process.

This hotel was an overall good stay. The room was clean and updated (no bed bugs). The staff were friendly and helpful but we did have one incident where we were overcharged for a beverage, but we were told it would be corrected.There’s a mini plaza across the hotel that has a wingstop and pizza shop which makes it very convenient (since most things close at 10pm except these places). I would suggest getting a rental car, since the hotel isn’t close to any main streets or popular areas. Take the highway as the main route to easily get around and enjoy their grab & go breakfast options.
