The room itself is not bad, but considering the high price and numerous problems we had our overall experience was terrible. We needed a fridge, so that was one of the reasons we chose this one. The one in the room didn't work, a staff member came and did nothing, but let us use part of the staff fridge for the night. The next day we came back to the hotel in the evening and the fridge wasn't fixed. After some tedious back and forth they "changed" it, but the "new" one didn't work either. There was a problem with the AC too. It is controlled by reception somehow, so for the second night we had to call them to turn it on in the evening. The real problem was that we woke up in the middle of the night sweating and had to call them at 4:40 am to switch it back on. Nobody explained why they switched it off. Very disappointing, considering the price range - we expected at least some level of normal service and at the end didn't have the main amenities that made us choose this hotel - AC and fridge.

Doğu Anadolu gezimizde ,tüm otellerde hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bu otel hariç. Geziyi planladığımız an otelde yerimizi ayırttık. On gün önce teyit edip fiyatı konuştuktan sonra otel bizden o gün fiyatını isteyerek etik davranmadı. Odamızın kapısı kitlenmiyordu. Kaldığımız iki gün boyunca bu kilit yapılmadı. Klimalar genel merkezden açılıp kapandığı için tam kullanamadık. Üstelik personel son derece kötü davrandı. Odanın mobilyaları iyi gözüküyor ama perdeler son derece kirliydi. Hiç kimseye önermiyorum. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı.
