Nuevo hotel y muy cerca del terminal de ferry. Recogido por el personal del terminal de ferry. La habitación parece ligeramente más pequeña que la que se veía en las fotos. El personal era amable y útil. Las opciones de comida son muy limitadas alrededor del hotel, así que basicamente se comería de los restaurantes en el lugar que están bien.

La habitación es muy práctica: espaciosa disposición y limpia. cama confortable. Baño es grande y limpia. Las opciones de comida también son prácticas: sabor/ bien preparado. No una amplia variedad, pero suficiente. Sugiero limitar el suministro de agua en botellas de plástico para grandes funciones de grupo.Sin duda, eso es de los consumidores, pero el hotel puede hacer un stand al respecto.

Decided to have a short staycay with our lil’ bub. We were greeted by ba Siti, fuss free check-in. Our 1BR villa was great. Clean, the facilities provided was alrite, could be better. Lil’ bub loves the bath tub. Gracias a Ba Novi por el repellente mozzie para nuestro lil’ bub. Los empleados nos saludaron cuando pasamos por! Sentían tan cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Hacían una agradable estancia con Kamuela. Seguramente volverá de nuevo 😍 uno menos punto será el desayuno! ¡Esperamos ver mejoras durante nuestra próxima estancia! 💙

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

We spend 3 nights overall is good from Hotel front desk to housekeeping, bell boy and restaurant staff are polite and helpful. Except for the free breakfast buffet which doesn't suits me and my wife foods too salty and coffee is not hot enough, we had tried their other foods which pay by ourselves can consider good then we also walk to nearby Chinatown have our breakfast and coffee. And have Bintan Travel Guide to bring us around for sightseeing etc. The driver Edwin is very familiar with the routes and doesn't needs ud to crack our brains of what we want to eat etc. Automatically will drives us to have our lunch and dinner

La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien mantenida.El diseño interior del lobby y la calle estaban un poco obsoleto, pero no es un problema si viaja para negocios. El hotel está muy bien, pero el AC no era muy frío, sólo frío.

Neat little boutique resort with very pleasant staff. Very serene environment wthout noisy families and children.. surrounded by plenty of mangrove habitat within the property. Outside the property, you can cycle to rustic local villages and fisherman wharf (15mins walk away). Could hv been better if wifi is more stable. Electricity tripped once when we were there for 3D/2n..and if there is a.mini-fridge in the room, it would be perfect. Otherwise, all facilities are good enough. Menu serves a variety of western, indonesian and some chinese food but your best choice would be their yummy indonesian selection. Basic water activities eg swimming pool overlooking the sea, kayaking and other on-site tours are available. For kids: small slides, swings, see-saw, small animals eg rabbits, cats and chickens. Entertaintment: simple board games, uno, darts etc

El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila y tranquila, y ofrece un servicio de atención al cliente en este resorte. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. También ofrecen servicios adicionales como masajes, pero tienen masajes limitados, y durante mi experiencia hubo algunas cuestiones de comunicación que limitaron la duración del masaje a 30 minutos. Creo que los masores podrían beneficiarse de una mayor formación para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes en general. Sugiero que reserve un conductor privado para un día para explorar la zona.

*TLDR* Good: Service 10/10 Buggy around the resort!! KOPI TARIK for bfast was SO GOODDDDD really the best coffee ive ever had in my life Super value for money stay as compared to other resorts where you have to pay for literally everything even after the pricey $700 you paid for 2 nights Bad: Felt a little unsafe for two girls to walk back to our room cuz it was so dark No convenience store A little restrictive cuz you can only eat & shop from the options they have within the resort (nothing to shop also haha its just a gift shop with random swimsuits and souvenirs) Located a bit far from ferry terminal (1h) but transport provided! Went with a friend and was so amazed at the size of the resort 😳😳 really loved that we got to stay at the upper floor and there were 2 bicycles parked outside for us to get around the resort (but we just kept calling for buggy hehe - free btw!!) Resort was a little far from ferry terminal (1hr airconditioned coach ride) but they provided us a cookie and water for the journey! No convenience stores located within/around the resort and i just spent the entire 3d2n in the resort. Would recommend a 3d2n for a very relaxing holiday 👍🏻 We didnt manage to try all their activities but had a great time eating HAHAH their local indo food restaurant is a MUST GO 🤤 everything else was alright only but service 10/10 really HAHAHA would go back maybe next year Free activities: Morning yoga, stand up paddling, kayaking, teh tarik workshop, honey tasting, animal farm (u get to feed them for free too) etc Need to pay activities: Snorkelling (went during non-peak period so it was only us two with the instructor and an instructor-friend we made the day before), jetski, wakeboarding (this was fun.... And salty) etc
