Very nice resort with friendly staff. I especially liked the food: breakfast is excellent and other restaurants as well.

two bed garden apartment is excellent. Clean and well appointed. Very good value. F&B options extremely limited and very poor quality. The breakfast is in Angsana next door. I would rate it as 1 out of 10. Absolutely disgusting and dirty with very poor food selection and quality. Cocktails are just a splash of alcohol with a sickly syrup and for near S$25 equivalent. Similar price to SPAGO in Singapore!! Beer only available in cans and at rip off prices. Watersports consists of one jetski. The price is 4 times what you can get it for in an adjacent resort! Quality and value of the accommodation is the only redeeming factor.

Love the place. It was clean, the staffs were friendly. The pool was a bit small and all activities are at additional cost. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

Room was clean. Its basically like a studio soho. Everything you need, they have it. Fridge, sofa, dining table, kitchen wares, electric stove, balcony.

I recently stayed at Cassia Bintan for a weekend getaway, and my experience was a mixed bag of highs and lows. Let's start with the positives. The beachfront location of the hotel is absolutely stunning. The serene atmosphere, with the sound of waves crashing gently against the shore, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Whether you're lounging under the sun or taking a leisurely stroll along the coastline, the beach here is truly a gem. Now, onto the activities. The pool Zumba and bubble party were definitely highlights of my stay. The energetic instructor made the Zumba sessions both enjoyable and effective, and the bubble party added a fun and whimsical touch to the poolside atmosphere. It was great to see guests of all ages coming together to dance, laugh, and simply have a good time. However, despite these enjoyable aspects, I couldn't ignore the elephant in the room: the price. Unfortunately, the cost of staying at Cassia Bintan was quite steep, especially the food at the restaurant. While the beach and activities were fantastic, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was paying a premium for what should have been included in the standard rate. In conclusion, Cassia Bintan offers a picturesque beach setting, enjoyable activities like pool Zumba and bubble parties, but be prepared to dig deep into your pockets for the experience. If you're willing to splurge for a luxurious getaway, this might be the place for you. However, if you're budget-conscious, you may want to explore other options.

The room is clean and spacious. However the bed base sounds very loud when we even just move a bit. Checkin takes a lot of time, i need to stand for 30 min queuing for checkin as it take 20 min to checkin 1 guess. Staffs are friendly though

For me the Best Beach Resort in Bintan Island. The infinity pool with nice white sand beach is a perfect combination

The experience was fantastic for a family with an infant. The facilities are shared by 3 resorts so that was great. Food was expensive but worth but portion size and the way it was presented. The service of the staff was excellent, everyone was very friendly and were prompt with answering the phone calls from the room as needed. It is situated right by the beach so it's perfect. It's great for friends or family who just want to relax by the beach for a getaway. The staff even picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us back which was a bonus.
