Me gusta que la ubicación esté a 15 minutos de la terminal de ferry BBT y que ofrezcan traslado gratuito de ida y vuelta. El hotel parece relativamente nuevo, pero tiene un aire de chalet más que de resort. La playa se comparte entre 3 resorts y es hermosa y limpia. Comimos el bufé indonesio el viernes por la noche, que costó 550.000 INR por persona. Lo que más nos gustó fue el sate and kueh. Durante el desayuno, nos dirigieron a Angsana porque Cassia estaba lleno. El desayuno es normal. El apartamento de una habitación es pequeño pero cómodo, ya que dividieron el espacio en dormitorio, sala de estar y cocina. El personal estuvo atento durante el check-in, el check-out, la cena y el traslado. Todo fue fluido y rápido. Fuimos testigos de la liberación de tortugas marinas. ¡Felicitaciones al equipo de conservación del mar de Bintan!

Una estancia normal teniendo en cuenta el precio que cobran. No se puede incluir en un resort de primera categoría, pero por la forma en que el hotel ha diseñado los restaurantes y otras comodidades, los precios son bastante altos. Téngalo en cuenta.

¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, ​​tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

Hotel muy decente para escapadas cortas, vista panorámica de los amaneceres si puedes conseguir una unidad con vista al mar. Debes despertarte entre las 5:30 y las 6:00 a. m. para verlo. Playa limpia y entorno tranquilo. En algunas cuadras, especialmente en la colina, es relativamente difícil caminar. La comida es un poco salada, aunque tal vez sea culpa nuestra. Y espero que el desayuno pueda mejorar.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Cassia Bintan. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We got an upgrade in our room from single bedroom to loft type 🫶🏻 Terima kasih! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back but this time on sunny season 😉

This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

We booked the BRF ferry and arrive Bintan in an hour. When arrive, they have someone to to pick us from the ferry terminal by bus. It takes about 15 mins to arrive the resort. The room was ready to checked in when we arrived. We have 2 bedrooms and the rooms are clean. The food in the hotel is good but Singapore price. Anyway if want to relax and do nothing, this is the best place to go.

Everything is perfect except the weather. Shall visit again when it’s not the monsoon season.

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Nice relaxing getaway spot, connected to Angsana and Banyan Tree, their sister properties. Highly recommend!
