非常不滿意的一家酒店 1.非常吵，樓下是酒吧街、半夜還有遊行的車，就是車上放音響路過的那種（半夜2點） 2.晚上你找不到任何人，找攜程也聯繫不到 3.陽台非常小 簡直就是騙人，和地圖上完全不是一個位置，半夜也找不到任何人

В отеле всего 6 номеров, приятная тихая обстановка и красивый интерьер. Номер небольшой, но было все необходимое: удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье и полотенца, чайник, мини-бар. Персонал очень приятный и дружелюбный, заселили нас пораньше, помогли поднять вещи в номер и по всем вопросам всегда были на связи) Завтрак приелся, конечно, за неделю, но в целом мы наедались. Тем более что у отеля прекрасное расположение и прям за углом улица с барами и кафешками) Рядом метро, остановка шаттла Havaist до аэропорта, улица Истикляль с магазинами, недалеко до Галатской башни, в общем, расположение шикарное, так что в следующий раз тоже непременно остановились бы в Utarit.

Уютный небольшой отель в тихом переулке, в самом центре. Он находится равноудалено от Таксим и Istiklal , не более 100м и удобно расположен относительно метро и автобусов/ в том числе и автобусов из аэропорта/. Номер совсем небольшой ,чистый с удобной кроватью и белоснежным постельным бельём. Также для зимы важно наличие батареи. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, общается на английском.

Very nice hotel and very nice experience Hotel location is very good, in the heart of Taksim area. Room was very clean and big enough Price is excellent. Staff are really courteous specially Volkan, he is such a nice and supportive guy. Strongly recommend

A éviter !! Ceci n’est pas un hôtel, cela ressemble davantage à une auberge de jeunesse. Le check in à l’arrivée se fait sur une table de cuisine, il n’y a aucun personnel de disponible le soir ni le matin tôt ( ce qui est très gênant pour rendre les clés quand on a un vol tôt le matin ! ). La chambre était sale, l’eau stagnait dans la douche, une odeur d’urine était présente dans la salle de bain, la chambre 3 donnait sur un formidable mur qui empêchait toute possibilité de voir la lumière du jour et j’en passe… Le ménage n’est pas fait et les serviettes ne sont pas changées si vous ne le demandez pas, quelle honte ! Le seul point positif est l’emplacement, à deux pas de la place Taksim. En résumé: fuyez.

The location of the hotel is superb, walkable to taksim square. Easy access both via bus or train from istanbul airport. Just a minute away from MRt station whcih is easy. Hotel room cleaned, completed amenities provided. The staffs also good.

As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. While I won't go on about the location since it's evident from the map, it was the service that truly stood out during our entire trip. We needed a place to stay between flights and randomly chose this hotel based on its location. However, our first flight was significantly delayed, and we arrived in Istanbul at 1 am. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had contacted us via the booking service and even left a note on the door with instructions for self-check-in. We called the number they provided and they guided us through the process, even at such a late hour. The following day, we requested an extra hour for check-out to finish some business, and the hotel graciously granted our request. They also helped us with our luggage and provided advice on the best way to get to the airport. They even negotiated with a taxi on our behalf. The room itself was cozy and immaculately clean, and the location was superb. However, it was the exceptional service that truly made our stay memorable. If we ever need to return to Istanbul, we won't even consider any other hotel. To the hotel staff, if you're reading this, please know that you made our short stay the best it could possibly be. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel room is cleaned every day the location is perfect the hotel has good glazed windows very quiet the staff are very helpful and friendly service . I would stay there again next time we are in Istanbul
