Premier Inn London Bexleyheath

Will definitely be staying here again. The rooms were really clean just like the rest of the hotel. The beds and rooms were really comfortable and the room temperature was just right. Hotel is in good proximity to Bexleyheath and also getting public transport into the centre of London. Will definitely be staying here again.

The very best thing - but potentially also the worst - was the fact that the key cards were not opening any room doors on any floor when I checked in. How can this possibly be the best? Because of the actions of the receptionist Bernie. There were a lot of customers who were understandably very unhappy (including me); we were given replacement keys - they didn't work either - and the only solution was for Bernie to accompany each guest to their room (all on different floors) and let everyone in with her key card. She did all this with the utmost professionalism; she was completely unflappable and calmed even the most irate customer. What a treat to meet staff who are pleasant, polite and extremely helpful.

Room was nice and warm very clean. receptionists for checking in was quick and easy, couldn't open the window but the room was in a nice temperature also the Kicthen area needs more options for breakfast

I have stayed in quite a few premier inns before and always been happy with my stay hence why I booked again but this was not what I expected from this hotel the bed had springs sticking out on the bed bathroom quality was poor curtain net was very tatty and what happened to all the little shampoo and shower bottles this hotel has lost its quality that I expected from them such a shame .

Das Hotel entspricht dem üblichen Premier Inn Standard. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist für Sightseeing in London nicht so optimal, da wir in der Nähe mit Freunden verabredet waren, war es perfekt. Unter dem Hotel ist eine Tiefgarage, in der man kostengünstig das Auto abstellen kann. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn in Richtung Dover ist auch sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in direkter Anbindung an das Bexleyheath Shoppingcenter und in der Nähe gibt es ebenfalls etliche Pubs und Restautrants.

Awful from beginning to end Receptionist rude and unhelpful Asked for a manager Only to be told haha she doesn’t actually come into work! Room smelt of smoke Constant noise from fan The only good thing was the brewers fayre Emma and her team we’re perfect

Very easy to book and check in was simple and easy to do. Comfy bed and good amenities in the room and very close to town centre

I rated 4 stars because it met the standards and quality of a 3-star hotel but there were some minor details that could be improved on, such as providing water for kettle, and better instructions on how to operate the lights and air-con

I had a flood so stayed in this hotel for 6 months. The service I had from the staff was amazing. The building is in need of some refurbishment. The members of staff who deserve a mention for outstanding assistance (I am partially sighted and have mobility issues) are. Cieron Brian Josephine Misha Lesley Emma and Charlotte all the staff were great but these deserve a special mention.
