I love this place and I keep coming back booking here. Very friendly staff and accommodating!

Sehr gute Kommunikation zwischen Angestellten und Gästen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten waren hier an der Tagesordnung, die so manche in der Hotelbranche verlernt haben. Toller Indoor Pool. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Wir würden diesen Aufenthalt jederzeit so wieder buchen.

The so called spa is a cold pool and 2 saunas. The so called gym is a bicycle , a cross trainer. That’s it. The breakfast lady did not let us take more food since my partner had taken some breakfast to the room. So 38 euros for some yoghurt, a croissant and a sandwich. Not worth it and they should have told us before. Otherwise nice hotel and the staff that welcomed us was very nice. But it did not live up to the expectations.

The rooms and amenities were all properly cleaned and maintained. However, the staff was not great. We got there and they assign us an unclean room. Had to go back downstairs and wait to receive a room that was prepared for check in. We could not get new bedding until after two nights and we only were staying two nights. We asked for new towels in the morning and they did not get delivered until we called again for them. The hotel is very beautiful but the communication between employees and guests needs to be improved.

Good location between two metro stops. Nice facilities and spacious rooms. Neighborhood is safe in spite of graffiti and trash (seems to be an issue in the whole eastern sector of Berlin). Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

The air conditioner wasn't working in our room, but the front desk was quick to respond and tried to fix and reboot the unit. When that didn't do the trick, he immediately gave us a new room and solved the problem! We're so grateful as it was very warm during our stay. The pros: beautiful and spacious room with the most comfortable beds and pillows! Nice shower. The cons: This hotel is too out of the way for most of the main attractions in Berlin. Other than the Jewish Museum, there isn't much to do in the area. The towels are old and worn and barely any toiletries are provided. I would probably choose a more central hotel next time!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Everything worked and it was very clean. The only issue was they were not adequately staffed. Despite requesting that our room be refreshed while we were out, no one showed up until about 7pm, and only provided fresh towels. Apparently there was only one maid servicing the entire hotel.

Property was nice, close enough to everything. Dinning option in hotel were limited.

Hotel The Hard is a very nice boutique hotel that is close to the vibrant parts of the neighborhood. The attention to detail and amenities were wonderful and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly.

the rooms are large and nice! The hotel is in a inconvenient location removed from restaurants coffee houses etc!

Fantastic hotel, amazingly clean, spacious and friendly staff. Great pool to use at leisure. Convenient location between 2 metros 15min from city centre. Kreuzberg area is a bit dirty, but no reflection on hotel itself is luxurious and extremely comfortable. Beds cosy, air con works well, flat screen tv and nice view over balconies. Highly recommend

The pool and sauna is a really nice added touch.

This is was a super clean, modern hotel. I found the a/c not working when requesting it to "cool" and many of the tv channels were not available. But these were minor issues, my biggest issues was the lack of amenities close to the hotel - even a basic cornershop for snacks etc.

Second time stay here. It’s always nice.
