It is a beautiful place. The house has all that we needed: laundry machine, supermarket, complete kitchen, tv, toaster, tv, etc. It was a really great experience.

Excellent location at bottom end of Old City. Just beside funicular. Lots of very good restaurants and bars very close.

The Citta Alta in Bergamo was a tricky place to navigate in a car, and we had difficulty finding the hotel. We were kindly rescued by the Manager, Patrizia, who asked what we were near, and walked to find us, and directed us to a parking garage and the hotel. She and Christina were valuable resources. Our room was spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect for exploring the Citta Alta.

This apar**ent is gorgeous and is in one of the best positions in Bergamo to enjoy all the city has to offer.
Spotlessly clean and good provision for kitchen use were just some of the attributes.
Those with big luggage will appreciate the elevator even though Sofia is in a historic building.
50 metres from the funicula whose down station is 10m from bus 1A which runs into the CBD and more excellent shopping, restaurants and cafes.
Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in central location in the old town of Sirmione. We arrived by car and prior to our stay were provided with a parking permit for the duration which was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Room was clean and beds comfortable would definatly stay here again

It was very bad experience for us ,the beds not comfortable small for family , have no room separate .. the persons treat the reservation they haves no contact between themselves.. you can’t be comfortable at all.. hearings the rain problem with electric .. it could more better if they fix it before rent ..

The apar**ent is in a brilliant location. It is spacious and clean and Patrizia was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if back in Bergamo.

Very friendly and welcoming folks run this establishment. Great location near the funicular. Our room was spacious. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Good Wi-Fi. We appreciated early access to our room. Despite these attributes, we would be unlikely to stay here again: No mini fridge. No table for sitting. The window shades were broken in the closed position (purportedly by the previous guest), so there was no view/natural light. No shower toiletries (good thing I brought soap and shampoo). Uncomfortable bed pillows. Good thing we would reuse the towels, as room was not refreshed for the 2nd night. For the price of 110/night, and having many stays throughout northern Italy, we expected much better.
