Our 2nd time staying here. You can tell this place was opened in 1957. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing.
Rooms are large and dark with the curtains shut, with an actual sitting area, bathrooms are rockin' pink tile floors and walls, good sized towels, a "make-up" table thing outside of the bathroom and, if you're over 50, it has the comforting grandma's house "smell".
You can't beat it for under a $100 a night for a single king bed room.
My only complaint would be that they could use an upgrade to the mattresses.

The front desk team was amazing. We called to see if we could check in early due to changes in your arrival time and they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in when we called several hours before the regular check in time and we great about extending our stay as well. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them.

You can tell the motel was built a while ago but they’ve taken such good care of it that it’s in great condition. It’s very clean.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They were informative and considerate. If I return I would not hesitate to return to this motel. The breakfast was good too

Everything was great for an overnight stay. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. The only negative was that their breakfast room closed at 9:30 am on Saturday morning which I felt was a little early, especially for a weekend. I showed up at exactly 9:30 and the door was locked. But to be fair, the hours were explained to us at check in.
