El transporte es conveniente y las instalaciones de vida cercanas son perfectas. El personal de servicio es educado. El puerto de Yiti está muy cerca para satisfacer todo tipo de necesidades vitales. El desayuno es abundante y hay muchos tipos de restaurantes. También está el Palacio Tang en el tercer piso. Se recomienda qued****.

Las instalaciones de decoración del hotel son un poco antiguas, el servicio es mediocre y no hay ninguna característica especial. ¡No hay registro de huésped ni registro de membresía bajo la marca de Interstate Hotels! ¡Es necesario mejorar el servicio! Experiencia de estancia agradable. La piscina es muy grande y limpia, y las habitaciones son bastante satisfactorias. Fueron ascendidos a una habitación de lujo gratis. Echo, un empleado que elogió especialmente la relación con los huéspedes, tomó la iniciativa de contactarnos para registr****, y vio que hoy es el cumpleaños de su novia, ¡y organizó una pastelería para hacer un pastel de cumpleaños! Se puede decir que es muy considerado.

Limpio y cómodo, buen servicio, calidez hogareña y servicio considerado. El desayuno es variado y el almuerzo también es delicioso. La pausa para el café de la conferencia es muy profesional. En general, cumple con el estándar de cinco estrellas

Very pleasant experience and very helpful staff when we need help. Convenient location close to the subway, airport express and not too far away from down town. The rooms are very big and the bed is super big.

Upon arrival, I came into this huge entrance lobby area. Huge shout out to Bella Hu from GRO and Mike at the IHG one rewards desk, Check-in / Check-out was smooth, easy and both of them were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was great with a huge bed and super comfortable. room temperature a little too warm for my liking but nothing like opening a window cant fixed. Went to check out CHAR at the first floor in the evening but didn’t have a chance to see other facilities. A lil hiccup that I would like to mention was 2 things that the wifi doesn’t work for both of my phones (thank you for the help of the duty manager that tried his best to help me with it, appreciate it) and also regarding my encounter with the night shift FO that isnt very pleasant. Went and asked for bottle of water to be kindly send to the room but she wasn’t engaging the conversation kindly and even barely looking at me and water was not sent to the room neither that night. Perhaps confusion? But afterall, CROWNE PLAZA LIDO is one of my fav stay as always. Thank you!

Great experience, the service at the reception is amazing. Rooms are cleaned and very comfortable. Highly impressed about the courtesy of the staff (Summer has provided an excellent service at the arrival). The hotel is in a good position and well located, services and transportation very closely.

I stay here often when I come to the area, and always enjoy this hotel. This time was no different. The room was large and clean, and the pool was excellent with water heated to just the right temperature. The fitness room is indeed one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, with a wonderful selection of weight machines. Shout out to the wonderful service, and especially to the service manager, Echo, who went above and beyond to make sure to o was attended to with fast service! Thank you!
