La experiencia es muy mala, no hay tubería de agua debajo del lavabo y está conectada directamente con un lavabo. El aire acondicionado tiene un olor fuerte y un olor a humedad. La alcantarilla estaba bloqueada y las aguas residuales del baño llegaban directamente a las rodillas. No vengan todos, no vale la pena el precio.

El hotel está ubicado en un edificio de apartamentos en una zona comercial. Hay centros comerciales y lugares para comer. Es muy conveniente, y hay Ritan Park en el este, Huatang en el norte y SOHO en el oeste. Es muy conveniente para las personas que vienen de viaje. Me gusta. Hay muchos tipos de pequeños pabellones alrededor del hotel. Great location. Gym is excellent! My only issue is that the bathroom was not very clean and had a few broken items: toilet paper dispenser, toilet seat, soap shelf in shower. Otherwise everything else was great. I would consider stay again if the bathroom were completely functional and clean. The customer service was excellent.

At first we were settled in a not very successful room on the 9th floor, there was a stain on the sofa, the walls were not very clean. But we pointed out the inconsistency of the room with the photos, after that we were given another room on the 33rd floor, in which everything was clean and new. Convenient video projector, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric stove. Beautiful view from the window. Subway station is 10 minutes walk away. In general, we were satisfied. Spanish restaurant El Rojo round the corner was great, I recommend it.

The location is the big drawing point for this hotel. I’m not exactly sure if it’s all a hotel? We got the family suite and it seemed more like an apar**ent that you would get on Airbnb. There was no daily cleaning or reception or any hotel amenities like that. There was no one at the reception desk when we got there so we called the number and someone came to meet us to give us the keys. They were pretty nice and would deliver us water bottles everyday. The place itself is a bit outdated but does the job. Again, it’s just in a really nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants around.
