No pudimos hacer check in por que no había luz en el hotel y tuvimos que buscar otro para dormir, como puedo cancelar y reclamar mi dinero???

We arrived past midnight and were still greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Our room key/lock didn’t work at first. But we were quickly provided with another room. The room condition was great. AC was quiet. Bathroom was clean. We will be returning when we visit family in Beeville again.

I arrived at 3:30 PM and the front desk lady had to go up stairs to see if my room was cleaned yet or not. It was not and to her credit she did find me an alternative room which was very nice.

Property new and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and updated. Recommended nearby food location that was very nice. Hotel is very quite, no noise at all. Complementary breakfast in morning looked nice.

Really enjoyed the stay, the only thing I do have to complain about is the window drapes. Too much light coming through at night. They need to be black out curtain to really get a nights sleep especially if on a business trip.

Easy access from highway and easy parking. Nice and quiet and very comfortable bed. Only issue was the noise the small room refrigerator was making.

The property was nice for my two night stay during hunting season. There was a little bit of an issue checking in, which lasted about 20 minutes before being resolved. Otherwise, the room was clean and the tv worked properly. Breakfast was ok.
