"La sala de desayuno y la tripulación sucia están bajos y no pueden manejar la zona de desayuno. La gente del escritorio frontal está mal entrenada en el servicio al cliente. Tiene suerte de tener un sonrisa, saludo, o cualquier gesto básico de cortesía al cliente. No dejes que te pongan en la habitación 129. Después de tratar la mesa delantera y escalar mi denuncia a nivel corporativo, es evidente que el enfoque de laissez-faire al servicio de los huéspedes, respuestas dispuestas a las denuncias, y la falta general de integridad no es único para el Hampton Inn Beeville. Es parte de la cultura empresarial de Hilton Hotels."

"The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!"
