«Tenemos un cuarto deluxe, muy grande con camas agradables. Un área de asiento y una gran cantidad de área de aparición. El desayuno era principalmente asiático. Pero había una estación de huevos. El café era un jarabe caliente. No se llenó nada. La ubicación del hotel está en una cruz muy bien atravesada. Así que muy alto.»

Because of the resort’s high ratings on Trip.com, I arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay was somewhat disappointing. The Positives: The resort is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery, making walks around the property very relaxing. The welcome drinks and breakfast beverages were fresh and delicious, and most of the staff were friendly and supportive. The Negatives: Check-in & Check-out issues: Despite arriving late (around 6 PM), I had to wait a long time for them to find an available room. I was also asked to either leave a deposit or let them hold my ID. Worse, upon checkout, they refused to return my deposit immediately, stating I had to wait until the next day. Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor. It was disappointing enough that I only ate there once. The worst thing was the lack of security. Even though I had locked two locks from the inside before going to sleep, the cleaner was still able to open the door and walk in. When I checked out, the manager tried to explain it away, but it felt incredibly unsafe and completely different from any other resort I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel's hygiene conditions do leave room for improvement, as there were quite a few mosquitoes and flies in the room. While it's understandable that the hotel is located in a suburban area where insects are inevitable, and the hotel does provide mosquito repellent spray and related equipment, it still had a significant impact on the stay experience. The hotel is in a rather remote location, quite far from the city center. However, it is conveniently close to attractions like the Red Sand Dunes and the fishing village. In terms of service, overall the staff's performance wasn't particularly outstanding. Some staff members didn't smile or greet me as I passed by. That said, the front desk staff were commendable—they were friendly and dedicated to solving problems. As for facilities, for a resort hotel, it can be considered well-equipped, with a variety of recreational amenities. However, some facilities are a bit outdated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

Данный отель имеет прекрасную зеленую территорию, все ухожено и чисто. Номера большие и просторные, у нас был номер с балконом, где можно и посушить купальные принадлежности и посидеть вечером за чтением книги. Мебель в номере и санузел немного уставшие, но не критично, неприятности не вызывало. В номере помимо большой кровати, есть огромный шкаф, телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник с мини-баром, сейф, зонты и многоразовые тапочки-вьетнамки (мы многоразовыми не пользуемся), фен. В санузле у нас была ванна, а у друзей в соседнем аналогичном номере был душ. Завтраки однообразные, но голодными не останетесь, много фруктов! В отеле есть глубокий бассейн и есть джакузи, есть шезлонги, как у бассейна, так и на пляже. На пляже их не много и занимают их рано утром, но часов в 12:00 многие шезлонги освобождаются, поэтому если любите поспать, то приходите позже и найдете свободный. В целом отель могу порекомендовать, цена - качество соответствуют.

Отличный отель в самом центре Муйне. У нас был номер делюкс на первом этаже с собственной террасой ( я так поняла в старом корпусе), все прилично - номер не новый , но все работало. По приезду в номере все украшено цветами и встречали с фруктами ( мелочь, а приятно). В номере все необходимое есть: постель и полотенца белоснежные, халаты, зонт, сланцы, водичка 2 бутылочки небольших, чай, кофе, принадлежности для душа, фен, пляжные полотенца. Нам не хватало сушилки для белья, но ничего- сушили на стульях на террасе. Территория огромная- все зелено: прудики с рыбками, цветущие растения. Два больших бассейна - взрослый и детский, бар на берегу с нормальной ценой. Отличные завтраки! Лежаков на пляже не хватает, приходилось занимать рано утром в 5-30, ну уж как есть. В остальном: красота , чистота! Рядом с отелем много кафешек, аптек, магазинов. На массаж ходили в Moon spa: перейдя дорогу, направо , пройдя 2 минуты - прям рекомендую! Отель рекомендую, классный: уже скучаем 👍🔥❤️

I recently stayed at Le VIVA Resort Mui Ne and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with spacious and clean rooms, lovely landscaping, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent — right along the beachfront with amazing views and easy access to the sea. The breakfast selection was great, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-designed for both relaxation and fun. Despite having an issue with the WiFi and the fridge in my room at first, the staff handled it exceptionally well. After notifying the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix the issues. Their quick and attentive response truly stood out and made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, Le VIVA Resort Mui Ne exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mui Ne!

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

В этом отеле останавливалась четвёртый раз.. Мне нравится его расположение, питание, сервис и красивая территория. Вокруг много кафешек, магазинов и туристических агентств.. Печально, что свирепый шторм разбил пляж, но администрация предпринимает все усилия, чтобы восстановить его.. Купаться в море всё равно можно.. Проблем с лежаками, как в других отелях, здесь никогда не было.
