El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. We had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds.

We had a lovely stay at Aruna Senggigi. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Rijal, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We did have a small issue with cleanliness, but Rijal immediately made sure it was rectified, and the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality!

Me alojé en la habitación 410 por dos noches. No viví lo suficiente. Me quedé en la habitación 407 de nuevo. La habitación 407 es un poco más mar que 410. La puerta está fuera del mar, el balcón está fuera de la piscina, el bar de la piscina y el desayuno del té de la tarde gratis. El restaurante también está muy cerca. Alojarse en este hotel por más de 700 noches es realmente demasiado rentable, y no hay muchos huéspedes alojados, muy tranquilo. Si vas a Lombok, definitivamente te quedarás aquí. Me gustaría recomendar este hotel a todo el mundo, pero me temo que los chinos subirán más. Hay té de la tarde gratis en el bar de la piscina de 15:00 a 17:00, con café, agua, pan, bocadillos y fruta. El hotel cuenta con servicio de habitaciones, no es caro, per cápita 50-100, después de que la comida se coloque en la puerta de la habitación será tomada por el camarero.

Reservé una habitación para mi amigo y el recepcionista me conocía y se quejó a mi familia que me reservaba una habitación para mí con gente. La privacidad de los clientes es la más importante y es lo que el hotel debe cuidar, ni siquiera decirles allí y aquí.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
