El apartamento está muy bien situado, pero no se mantiene bien y parece que Cus Svc lo sabía antes, pero no se tomaron medidas inmediatas. (1) Las azulejos de piso del apartamento se rompen y pueden herir a los niños que corren alrededor. (2) El sistema de bloqueo de puertas principal no tiene sentido porque no hay bloqueo de puertas que dependen del interior, por lo tanto, necesita la única clave para bloquear/abrir del interior y del exterior. En otras palabras, si una persona salía mientras el resto se queda en el apartamento, necesita ”cerrarlos” dentro del apartamento por razones de seguridad !

Pasamos un buen día aquí, nos dan aromaterapia, el desayuno es bueno, el personal es agradable, el servicio de habitaciones es rápido, todo es perfecto. La ubicación está a sólo 5 minutos para llegar al gran centro comercial. El desayuno es de 5 estrellas para mí, hay mucha comida indonesia❤️.

La habitación era agradable y limpia, pero el hotel ofrece 1 clave, así que una vez que estés fuera...
La habitación se pone a 1 hora más...
El baño era muy amplio...
La media del desayuno... la comida no se llenó lo suficientemente rápido... esto creo que los problemas de gestión no garantizan personal suficiente para satisfacer la demanda... la comida maneja sin guantes tan directas Manos en su comida...

Tenía jabón y TV de tobillo disponible con canales locales. La marca AC aqua propiedad de sanyo, bastante lento aunque se ha elegido un fan de velocidad completa. Me tomó 1 hora para refrigerarme. Confort de la matrícula y la pijama. Quiero descargar video pero esta aplicación sólo puede descargar foto.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Well done Harmoni One Hotel !

Service and staff were very friendly and approachable, even for my mum who doesn't speak fluent English, they were all kind and friendly towards her. There were knocking noises randomly above the ceiling, and the staff is kind enough to arrange us for another room. Appreciates the help.
Only two issues which I find it annoying, first I saw guest in their tshirts or even non-swimmers use the swimming pool to soak their feet, and two of them even ”play” in the pool without proper swimming attire. Well, I use the swimming pool (and gym) at the hotel and intended to use it, so when I saw the family with improper attire at the pool during my breakfast, made me change plan. I meant soaking their feet at the pool... and i had to swim in it. Besides, the painter has been there for 2 days? Smelling turpentine during swimming after every stroke.. can be quite unpleasant. Gym facilities are good, and had quite a crowd compare to other hotels ive been to. However, I guess the air-conditioning of the room can be better, as the weather are getting warmer, the heat can be strong after an workout.
What I really like is the play room for children, and the view in the morning. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties.

A/C estaba funcionando bien. Mini refrigerador estaba bien. No es tan frío. No hueles divertidos en la habitación y el baño, limpio. El lobby está limpio. El equipo de mantenimiento era grande. La placa de desayuno también era buena. La cama no era mala($40+, sí). Sólo las piñas tú. Encontro que es bastante plano. Haha. Y Kepri Mall está permanentemente cerrado. Así que, su pequeño silencio. Sugiero que te consigas una tarjeta de prepago para datos*obtengas un Gb mayor, si te gusta ver Netflix o videos*. Sólo para espera. Heh! Llegamos el viernes por la tarde, conexión Wifi, TV estaba bien. Pero, cuando volvimos a esa noche prolly alrededor de 10pm ish. no hay conexión Wifi en absoluto hasta el próximo mng. Pero ahora, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi fue buena. Idk ya sea la conexión o qué. Acabo de usar mis datos ayer 😅 para navegar en Internet. No hemos probado el spa aquí, porque teníamos nuestro lugar de masaje regular en otro lugar. Y hay un restaurante en la parte superior del techo. Muy bonito. Pero no tuvimos la oportunidad de sentarse allí, como lluvia. Sí. En general, vale la pena la estadía. Sólo la Wifi.

MMindelaiEn primer lugar, el hotel es bueno como está cerca del centro de Batam. El hotel es muy bueno para fotografar. Utilice Gojek para llamar al coche en Batam. Grab no trabaja aquí. Para las instalaciones del hotel, el calentador de agua no está en, tiene que informar al contador del hotel en el interruptor. La cabeza de ducha no es muy buena para mi habitación. Hay marcas de quemadura de cigarrillos en mi cama. El hotel está cerca de la carretera principal, por lo que es muy ruidoso alrededor de la medianoche. En general, las instalaciones del hotel no son malas.

También tomamos un coche de regalo para el templo de maha para 4 de nosotros en idr22000. Mejor preparar propio champú y condicionador de pelo. 2 reina y 1 matraca en el piso disponible. La mañana puede oír las oraciones. También ordenamos coger comida como estamos jus lazy para salir a la noche. El lugar está realmente cerca del centro de la ciudad por coger. La habitación es limpia. No hay toallas ni guardia en el centro comercial.

UUsuario invitadoI don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???).
Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe.
The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine.
It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays.
There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener.
The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime.
Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

Pros: La cama es cómoda, el proceso de entrada fue rápido, espacioso dormitorio, aire acondicionado frío CONS: El calentador de agua de ducha no funcionaba correctamente. Llamaron al escritorio delantero y dijeron que seguirían / llamarían de nuevo (esperábamos horas y decidimos usar el ducha de agua fría).
