Always the go to hotel whenever I go Batam. Service is excellent ! No regrets!

The staff was nice and everything was great! They even prepared a cake for our anniversary! Everything was pleasant and there was swimming pools and sauna that could be used! Located deep and inside so it’s quiet and peaceful. I

The staff had provided good service, especially Ihman (or Ilman) who was patient and encouraging when briefing about archery on 29 Mar 24. Other than that, kudos to the golf and reception team who discovered that I left my handphone in the buggy and helped me looked after it at reception until I checked out.

My second time here... and this time with my mum. Service and staff were very friendly and approachable, even for my mum who doesn't speak fluent English, they were all kind and friendly towards her. There were knocking noises randomly above the ceiling, and the staff is kind enough to arrange us for another room. Appreciates the help. Only two issues which I find it annoying, first I saw guest in their tshirts or even non-swimmers use the swimming pool to soak their feet, and two of them even "play" in the pool without proper swimming attire. Well, I use the swimming pool (and gym) at the hotel and intended to use it, so when I saw the family with improper attire at the pool during my breakfast, made me change plan. I meant soaking their feet at the pool... and i had to swim in it. Besides, the painter has been there for 2 days? Smelling turpentine during swimming after every stroke.. can be quite unpleasant. Gym facilities are good, and had quite a crowd compare to other hotels ive been to. However, I guess the air-conditioning of the room can be better, as the weather are getting warmer, the heat can be strong after an workout. What I really like is the play room for children, and the view in the morning. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! The kids had a good time at the playroom, swimming and playing archery. The private transfer service to the major malls were also very convenient.

location is further out, but pretty ok if you have a driver. breakfast spread was great, huge variety. rooms are decently sized but cleanliness can be improved.

The resort location is near central Batam, accessible to many places of interest. It's modern and clean, and the Christmas decoration was lovely! The staffs are helpful and friendly, I lost my pouch during my stay and they were extremely helpful to retrieve it for me. Only downside is maybe the breakfast buffet could be better. There is great variety, but the quality leaves things to be desired.

Quiet environment, clean room, friendly & helpful hotel staff, nice food in restaurant. Recommended Nasi goreng. Overall their dish give surprises.

Between Batam centre and Nagoya, which is great if you would like to have a stay away from the busy area but not too far away from these places. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant reception was thoughtful to ask if we would like to have some more coffee or tea for take away. However, breakfast can be better.

I recently booked a room at Radisson Golf and Convention Center for a short vacation with my wife to celebrate her 65th birthday. We stayed from December 1st to December 3rd. The check-in process was swift, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. On the morning of my wife's birthday, during breakfast, the FB Team surprised us by presenting my wife with a birthday cake. The whole team gathered around and sang the birthday song, with the chef playing the guitar. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made my wife's day very memorable. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all the staff at Radisson, especially the FB team, for going the extra mile to make our stay so special. Raddisson is batam top hotel. Pricy but totally worth every cents.

Great Relaxing Hotel for the Price. The staff are really very very friendly - Aida, Daniel and Lucky! The breakfast spread is good. They should sell the hotel scent as well. The whole atmosphere doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The Hotel should package golf for beginners as part of the activities so it’s befitting of its name. Try the night market saturday night buffet - Fish, Crab, Squid are so fresh !! They even offer Kueh Lapis delivery and shuttle buses to shopping centers are available. Overall a very excellent choice for short getaway
