Overall, the room is quite big and clean. Only the bed have some strains. Basic amenities are provided, service at front desk also very good. Location is at the center. Can reach Ikan Bakar Cianju and A2 food court

Bed was cramped to wall, toilets black stains, shower with cold water, no kettle facilities, bfast was terrible only bread n fried maggi mee,room smells musty. Took room bcos Batam fully book for the weekend. Our last choice

Strategic location, nearby main attraction spot, mall, about 4-5km to almost all place. Nearby coffee shop, bank, mart and etc. easy to get grab. The room is spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall nice hotel for it price.

Quite an old hotel with outdated furniture and sanitary ware, but the service is great. They even made up our room while we were away without being asked. Super strategic location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for families.

The location was good and the staff was nice. It was inconvenient to use the sink faucet, but I understand because the price is so cheap:)

For the price I pay, I think it’s quite good because it’s also include breakfast. It’s a good place to stay for a night if you are in Batam Centre area. Many restaurants nearby, The Convenience Store also few steps away. The distance to the airport is quite near around 20 min. from the hotel. And the viral Maru Cave Themed Cafe is just across the road.
