de los cuatro dias, dos no han limpiado la habitacion ni cambiado las tohallas, incluso despues de haber reclamado. No hay un lugar mejor todo el hotel esta mal consevado y la limpieza de cristales no existe no tiene restaurante ni siquiera para desayunar, te mandan a una cafeteria a desaynar. el precio de 180 dolares es por ser verano pero no por lo que el hotel ofrece

We arrived a day late due to cancelled flight. I informed hotel immediately of the situation and they confirmed our room would be held. When we arrived the room they gave us was not what we ordered. The reception staff were so rude and wouldn’t admit they got it wrong. I booked 2 single beds and a sofa bed in lounge. They gave us a room with double bed and a sofa in lounge. This was unsuitable as my 47 year old son and 11 year old grandson needed separate beds due to a health problem. Receptionist suggested I sleep with my son!! I am 73! After a long argument they brought a single stained mattress for my son to lie on and as the room was not suitable for this he ended up sleeping the rest of holiday on balcony! Really nasty people. It ruined our whole holiday of a lifetime. After many emails to them when we arrived home asking for compensation they finally agreed to a 15% refund…….. 6 weeks later this hasn’t happened and now won’t return communication.

my last night in Israel was finished watching the sunset from my balcony at Arena by the Beach. beautiful sea-front location with spacious, well furnished suite. the staff were friendly and helpful even though it was a little busy at check in. unfortunately I wasn't able to stay for the breakfast but I had a wonderful evening and a much-needed rest. thank you so much for the hospitality!

this is the review I would have written if the devastating events that are currently unfolding had not occurred. my heart is broken to see what is happening right now in Israel and my prayers are with you and your families. the love and warmth and friendliness I was shown on my trip is in stark contrast to the horror of these terror attacks.

Great location. Not a new hotel but well maintained . Breakfast was good The beach is two minutes walk .Lots of coffee shops on the promenade .The room was pretty big like a mini suite. It's not a luxury hotel but for what we paid it has value for money

The pool was nice. But it closed at 6:00 pm - sunset was at 7:40. And it did not open untill 11:00 am which was checkout.
We arrived at 2:35 pm. Met a person at the deak who told us that check in was at 3:00 pm - which was true. She told us that our reservation was for two nights. That was incorrect- it was for one night. She barked at us to sit down as check in is at 3:00. At 3:10 we knocked on the door. She said a room is not ready and promptly left as her shift was done. Someone else came and had to start over. A room was not avaliable until 4:00 pm. No compensation was offered or given for the delay.
The breakfast was bare. The food choice was quite limited. Someone was making what seem to be omelets - but had no fillings ie cheese, mushrooms, onions etc. so he was making egg rings in iul. Everything else was premade.
They did not have regular coffee - just instant and through a machine.
The air conditioning in the room did work well. The room was quite dated. There was no service, bellhop, concierge etc.

Do not waste time and your money here !!!! The hotel stinks like garbage. Bathroom was gross and stinky. Bed are old with very dirty smell. Do not go for a breakfast, because you can be serious ill. In vegetable you can find dry insect like spiders, flies and cockroaches. Plates and glasses in the restaurant did not see washing liquid for a long time. For 2 days somebody vomited in the elevator and nobody did not clean it. Receptionist was angry and aggressive, why I would like change my room. The place is horrendous and disgusting. I am surprised they even have a business. there was blood on the sheets and hair everywhere. I changed the room, but during the night I was awakened by bugs infestation.

The most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed. Absolutly disguisting. Drunk russian security guy abusing us…unaceptable. If you enjoying having breakfast with coackroaches then book it ! Jacuzzi in Spa centre so dirty that i will never use them.
