I’m writing this review on our 2nd night in this horrible accommodation. My family and I have booked a 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in Sweet inn, Carrer de Rocafort 102 from the 28th till the 31st of December. The apartment is in a very miserable condition. There are scratches, dents, poor paint job showing different paint coats in the same area, broken doors, broken and dirty tables, electric wires that are exposed, toilets that do not flush, there are holes in the walls, bad odor, lights that are not working, windows with broken glass, the chairs are dirty and have spots on them, bed linen are filthy with spots on them, noises coming from neighbors, teenagers screaming and shouting, the main gate of the building is kept open most of the time even late at night. The place is generally in very poor hygiene condition especially the bathrooms with water leakage and dirty towels. The bathroom is tiny, you can barely fit inside, the sink is so small you can’t even wash your hands properly without having water spilling everywhere. Even the mirror is dirty (please refer to the photos) Moreover, the beds are of very poor quality causing severe back pain. The pillows are filthy and unclean, I got pimples on our first night here. The kitchen utensil are also unwashed, we had to wash them before using them. The whole apartment is dirty that it sickens me at this point. The sofa in the living room was uncleaned, we found bugs, tissues, food crumbs under the sofa cushions and stains on the sofa (please refer to the photos). The whole building is old, worn out, dirty and is in a very sketchy neighborhood. The building has 2 elevators, one of them is out of order which makes it inconvenient to reach the fourth floor for 8 people with luggage. Today after we came back to the building, we noticed there was some sort of weird looking liquid on the elevator floor. The door handle of one of the rooms was stuck on our first night here and we could not open the door or use the room. The door handle was jammed with our luggage inside. We were fortunate that none of the kids got locked inside. After several unanswered email, we called their emergency services to fix the issue. I have attached photos of how their maintenance team tried to open the door of the room at almost 1:00AM, without cleaning the mess they have created like the screws they left on the table, the chunk of wood from the door on the floor and wood debris. Considering we are staying with kids in the apartment, this could be extremely harmful. There is missing beds even though we have sent an email prior to our arrival to confirm there was enough beds and towels for all of us. The apartment has only one double bed and 2 twin beds which only accommodate 6 people. We were charged for 8 people. So, 2 of us had to sleep on the floor during cold winter weather without pillows and blankets (This is just our observation during the first night in the apartment). We reported the bed issue as we
