RRlmeHands down this is the best hotel to stay in Khao Yai! We stayed at Atta as well as DusitD2 but none of those can compare with our experience in MYS.
Special thanks to Lada who is the sweetest front desk supervisor!! She’s very friendly, kind and sincere ❤️ MYS is lucky to have you hehe (: and most of the staffs are friendly and nice too (especially restaurant staffs and the security guard uncle)
We stayed at A302 cozy suite which is so clean, comfortable and value for money! High end branded fittings, thoughtful details (diffuser, tablet for easy communication with hotel, in room audiopro speaker, Netflix, bath salt and bubble soap, free minibar food and drinks with daily top up etc.)
We also tried to order food via room service, it was fast, hygienic, and most importantly the food was SO YUMMY! 😋 The hotel’s breakfast is awesome too! They even went extra and beyond to make coffee from the cafe for the guests.
Last but not least I LOVE the pool! It’s so pretty 😍 and 100% will recommend MYS to all my friends and family and will definitely stay here again when I return to Khao Yai.

UUsuario anónimoWe had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Definitely a place I would return to — highly recommended!

DDaryltyhMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

UUsuario invitado- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.
- Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type.
- There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple.
- The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍
- In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️
- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.
