UUsuario invitadoEste lugar es grande. Bella decoración interior. Grande ubicación y vistas. Las instalaciones son una gran piscina para uso gratuito y un aparcamiento gratuito. Grande para mi estancia familiar.

For my 3 days and 2 nights stay I had a good night sleep because the ambience is so homey. Not only that the place is near to every shops and malls. What strikes me was the interiors of the unit and the amenities as well. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends abroad🥰

LLayneFrom the moment we arrived, the service at Nuwa Hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always friendly, approachable, and quick to assist with anything we needed.
The room was incredibly spacious, well-designed, and offered plenty of comfort, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Every detail felt thoughtfully arranged, adding to the overall experience.

My Request in the email they rejected ( additional blanket, sofa bed, additional towel according to the guest counts and parking ) but at night after we pick our relatives at airport blanket but parking we have to pay). my suggestion is if we check in next time at least there is one safe and free parking for the guest and put small detergent to wash clothes encase guest wants to wash something. Photo is the view outside of the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoLamentablemente, no pude alojarme allí, ya que me avisaron de que no estaba disponible después de haber reservado. Sin embargo, el mismo anfitrión me ofreció otro alojamiento en una zona cercana, pero esto ocurrió a medianoche y no pude negarme porque estaba muy cansado del viaje. El alojamiento no era el mismo que el de la reserva, pero el anfitrión hizo todo lo posible por ayudarme, incluso me ofreció una habitación mejor al día siguiente y me permitió salir muy tarde, ya que mi vuelo salía a las 23:00. Aunque al principio no funcionó, al final sí. Las fotos son de la habitación mejorada.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.
