Had an awesome stay with my friends! The room was clean, comfy, and perfect for just chilling and catching up. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore. Definitely a fun, stress-free getaway with the barkada — would book again!

The stay was a mixed bag, 3/5 stars overall. By far the biggest negative was the blatantly false advertisement of a Balcony - the actual reason we picked this unit over less expensive alternatives. Let me repeat there is NO BALCONY. The second negative which is milder was that initially, the owner sent a message threatening to charge a P100/hr ”late check in fee” for checking in after 6pm. None of this is mentioned on Trip.com's website. I complained about this and the owner agreed to not charge us for ”late check in”, and she didn't . Positives were a great housing complex, few attractions nearby except a mall, but facilities are excellent. The owner was very responsive to any problems or issues, replying almost immediately. Free lumpia Shanghai in the freezer was a nice touch, we bought some oil and fried it up! In short, a bit more honesty in advertising would earn more stars, but it was still a worthwhile stay.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful luxury hotel. The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. We genuinely appreciated every thoughtful detail, which made our stay all the more special and memorable. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

We checked in at 8pm and we were tired. We planned to stay for a night. The staff at the front desk took the photo of the booking confirmation which I booked via trip.com online. When everything I thought was ok, at 10:30pm , my husband and I were already fast asleep , and somebody from the staff of the hotel kept on knocking on our door just to ask for the booking confirmation. Without opening, I asked him if it would be ok the following day as we are already sleeping. But he keeps on knocking. It was an annoying experience for us. Plus tissue paper is not free. The location is not easy to find because the address is not accurate in the app. The contact number posted is not working. We opted to stay for a night and leave early the following day.
