UUsuario invitadoI stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and 7 days, and it was a wonderful experience.
All of the staff were extremely kind and even carried our heavy suitcases for us.
On the day of our Mardi Himal trek, they safely stored our luggage, and we stayed here again after descending. They also prepared a packed breakfast in advance for our early trekking day, which we really appreciated.
The hotel owner is on-site every day, so whenever we needed something, it was taken care of immediately.
The hotel also managed everything for us, including hiring a porter for the Mardi Himal trek and booking taxis, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.
All the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
If I come back again, I would definitely stay here again.

FFabian Lemuel Pillay I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is stunning, and to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas from a jacuzzi on the balcony was awesome. Premium room was definitely worth the extra money.. Chef Is great as the Ordered food was lovely , but the buffet breakfast was poorly organised and lots of ítems on the drinks menu unavaulable or sold out, wine not available by the glass, no coke (on one day) and the only drink on the specials board was Tequila sunrise but they had no tequila.Staff are just too nice and meek to ger mad at ,they just need a catering manager. Porter security guy carries all your cases up lots of stairs, managers very friendly. Stay in Lakeside,Pokhara before going to the retreat as to see it all lit up from the other side of the lake is quite a sight and a relief that you have moved on. Overall. probably are nicest stay in Nepal

En el sitio web oficial es escrito “transferencia de aeropuerto libre”, hemos pedido al personal de recepción y han sido dichos que este servicio necesita una tasa adicional. Pedimos que se aclarara el servicio escrito en el sitio web oficial, pero el personal dijo: “No sé”. El día siguiente al día llegamos al gerente, y se ha dicho que este servicio necesita ser reservado un día por adelantado y sólo aplicable a la reserva a través de su sitio web oficial. Si reservamos este servicio a través de cualquier otra plataforma en línea, no estará disponible. Bueno, este es ya un hotel de clase media en Pokhara, pero no me parece que sea lo que vale con el servicio. De todos modos, deberían informar al cliente durante la inspección. También no suficiente entrenamiento para el personal de la línea frontal.

中中島美儀ZoeyThe hotel is located on the mountaintop, about a 35–45 minute drive by taxi from Lakeside. You can also choose to take the cable car. Once you arrive, you’ll immediately feel that the journey is absolutely worth it.
This is a truly beautiful and unique place to stay. The surroundings are stunning, especially on a clear day when you can enjoy breathtaking views. What impressed us the most was the service — everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with lovely decorations and a cake. It was completely unexpected and made our stay even more special and memorable. We are truly grateful for the effort and hospitality, and this will always be one of our most wonderful travel memories.

ZZacharieGI returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues. 
If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful. 
The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).  
Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized.
In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.

SSofia_PoeThe hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient.
The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in.
The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.
