Súper bien situado, amplio y limpio. Es cierto que a algunas habitaciones les hace falta un repaso porque están algo descuidadas. Nos pusieron en una en la que había problemas con el agua pero nos trasladaron a otra en cuanto les hicimos saber. El desayuno muy rico, el servicio estupendo

Pleasant place to stay! The room is comfy clean to certain level… Pool very cold couldn’t swim. Overall good location and the staff is friendly, however the food isn’t the best might be because i’m not asian, i found restaurants around to eat, but overall it was a fascinating experience!!!

Had a really unpleasant experience in this hotel. The bath tub was broken from under and all water was seeping out. Hot water wasn’t coming for 10 minutes after running the water and still the water was only warm. The hose wasn’t working properly. Old menu was given in the room. Cheese platter didn’t have the main thing in it, crackers, and we were being fooled that we have replaced it with bruschetta whereas both crackers and bruschetta were in the menu. The restaurant isn’t capable of serving more people so it’s gonna take really long for your food to arrive if there are more than 15-20 people. Extremely inefficient for the prices that they are taking. One would expect the best of the service for the rates being charged. The place is good, some of the staff is good you may have a pleasant experience but I wouldn’t take the risk.

Firstly, I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Deepak Tamang, the owner of Exodus Himalayan Adventure, for arranging our stay at Lake View Resort in Pokhara, Nepal. Hailing from Bhutan, my family and I were accompanied by our parents, and we were thoroughly impressed by the hospitality extended to us. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, offering great value for money. The cultural program provided us with entertainment and an immersive experience. We are especially thankful to the amiable and attentive staff members, and I even had the opportunity to have a conversation with the resort's owner. Overall, we all had a fantastic time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to others.

Loved the hospitality. Clean and well-appointed room. Great value for money. The cultural programme is entertaining and immersive. We are grateful to amiable and attentive staff. Laani misses her new friends, especially 'Samar Dai'.

Had a frustrating check-in experience where the staff, particularly Mr. Khadka (uncertain if that was his real name), claimed online bookings were more expensive than at the hotel, pushing us to book through agents. Suspicious, we contacted customer care, and Mr. Khadka remained passive-aggressive and rude throughout. Despite this, the room service and other staff were excellent and professional.

Resort has been located at the beginning of Lake. Although we were out of season there however the resort was spotless and very attentive staff we met. The rooms need more plug as there are more devices than people in the room 😊🔌📸

The hotel is lovely with live shows and a great restaurant. The location is great view views of the lake from the rooms and walking distance to most of the nearby attractions. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and there's a wonderful pool too!

Very close to the lake. Great atmosphere. Very attentive, polite, and well trained staff. The food was reasonable and for the most part, reasonably priced. We stayed in a private hut and found it large, clean, and the aircon worked a treat. We did find the light from outside filtered in at night and could be disturbing. The new pool was an absolute bonus! Highly recommend this place.
