MMimiRGExceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

LP lo llama el famoso hotel del mundo, quizás una palabra, pero la primera vez que lo vio en la revista hace muchos años, es blanco en el agua. Y me acuerdo de la imagen.
El palacio en el agua desde diferentes puntos de vista del lago generará una curiosidad, especialmente bajo la luz de Mancha cuando el sol sale. Así que la noche siguiente, me senté en un pequeño caballo desde el puerto especial del lago. Hay yates en el lago Pipera, pero todos están en negocios diarios y es una oportunidad rara para viajar a la noche, especialmente mirando las luces que se reflejan en el agua en los palacios urbanos y los palacios del lago. Es un momento muy bonito, y es una experiencia más especial viajar al hotel en el centro del lago.
Hay varios empleados que van desde la costa hasta la sala del hotel. El hotel me ha actualizado el estilo de la habitación gratis, y el paisaje de la habitación del lago es muy bueno.
El día siguiente se levantó la mañana, se abrió la ventana y se empezó a tener luz en el lago exterior. El altura del hotel es alto, el aire delicado es muy fresco, las ciudades y el agua del lago en la luz de la mañana son tranquilas y sonómicas, y son increíbles. Después de ver el paisaje de la mañana, no hay otro huésped que se levantara temprano en el hotel grande, que me ha permitido tener una pequeña felicidad exclusiva. El hotel blanco es elegante y elegante y el jardín es delicioso, pero todavía creo que todas las guías de viaje lo alaban demasiado.
Almuerzo en el hotel antes de salir, por suerte, se escogió en el mejor lugar. UUsuario invitadoWe chose Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur specifically to celebrate our anniversary, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.
Before arrival, we had written via email requesting a complimentary upgrade (only if possible) and shared that it was our anniversary. The hotel assured us that they would do their best, mentioning that they would decorate the room and arrange a cake. However, upon arrival, there was nothing prepared. Later in the evening, a staff member came and asked when we would be going out so that they could decorate the room. We adjusted our plans and gave them time, hoping it would make the occasion special for my wife and child. Unfortunately, even after that, no proper arrangement was done and there was no cake as promised in the email.
The location is quite far from the main city, making it less convenient. The property also did not feel very photogenic as expected.
Food quality was average with limited variety. During breakfast, the restaurant staff was largely inattentive — no one checked on us or asked if our child needed anything. The only exception was Mr. Gulshan and one female staff member who were helpful during dinner.
Before this, we stayed for three days at Trident Udaipur, where the service and food quality were excellent, which made this experience feel even more disappointing in comparison.
Overall, we chose Taj to make our anniversary special, but it did not meet expectations associated with the Taj brand.

SSukhArriving at the hotel was alittle challenging as the inner roads towards Lake Pichola hotel were small & narrow. We had to transfer from our car to an auto to reach the hotel. But on the whole our experience at Lake Pichola was a wonderful one. The staff and front desk were all very warm & welcoming. They were helpful & attended to our enquiries quickly. Loved the evening boat ride on the lake viewing the sunset.
Will definitely go back again

SSandraWhen we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic
The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

UUsuario invitadoA mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival.
The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops.
Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

AAndemonThe AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.
