excellent on all counts, and beautiful hidden gem. I would love to go there and spend some more time given a chance. Staff were excellent, the rooms were lovely lodge style and all in all really the place is an oasis in the desert.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Fantastic property as it opened in 2025, slightly away from the lake but really amazing property to stay in. Welcomed with a Tilak on forehead (Indian ritual) and a welcome drink - shots of orange juice. Amazing staff members, very helpful but felt something was missing. Due to the wedding season, it took a bit longer but it was worth it. Rooms are spacious and beautifully done, but our room was dirty and the bed linen had to be changed as it was not clean - had marks of make up and hair on the bed. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant on the topfloor had an amazing service and starters were great, Biryani chicken was not well done and had to be sent back. Pool is tiny but on the rooftop, so worth it. Can totally recommend it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sierra for two days and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I particularly enjoyed the terrace dining experience, which provided a great view and delicious food. Overall, Hotel Sierra exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

La propiedad es increíble y la estancia fue en general buena. Sólo la experiencia de entrada podría haber sido mejor, ya que se llevaron 40 minutos a proveernos las habitaciones.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

I booked a lake view room for 3 days and i must say the view from my room was mesmerizing i cannot put it in words. The room was good neat and clean. The staff was cooperative. I would recommend this property to those who are planning for udaipur. One more thing about this property is the most popular attractions like city palace, jagdish mandir, bagore ki haweli are at walkable distance.
