La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.»

UUsuario anónimoSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

AAnnita NagtegaalThe hostel was good. Nice kitchen, nice breakfast area, good breakfast. I liked the strong coffee at breakfast, but the young woman who worked at 12 December, made horrible weak coffee at breakfast. Also in the expresso machine she made bad weak coffee, not like the other colleagues. Lille is a beautiful city for a city trip, especially around Christmas.

UUsuario invitadoEs nuestra primera vez en su casa. Bonne emplacement de l’hôtel (des parkings de bus à proximité). Facilité d’accès à notre chambre où vous avez répondu à nos attentes (lit supplémentaire pour notre fille de 15 mois) On a bien aime notre séjour, avec cette chaleur la Clim était à rendez-vous.
Par contre les petites coupures de courants c'était moins bien.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es más grande que estándar, ya que tiene un sofá extra que puede convertirse en cama extra y también una mesa extra para snacks. El baño está separado del ducha, y puede tomar una ducha con una bañera o ducha. Pero lo más importante es la higiene y están haciendo muy bien. La ubicación está justo al lado de la estación y también el centro comercial EuraLille. El desayuno no es sorprendente, ya que no hay mucho quente que puede elegir de los huevos descascarillados y mini Bratwurst, sin embargo hay suficientes variados para el desayuno.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble

UUsuario invitadoFairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home.
Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient.
In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows.
Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal.
Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube.
The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

UUsuario invitadoAn excellent address for people who want to visit Lille. It is located less than a mile a way from the station. And it’s easy to get to sights.
The hostel is very clean and the service is great. A good place ran by friendly people. The breakfast is amazing by hostel standards as you get bread, cheese, ham, olives, yoghurt, cereals, hot drink and orange juice.
There are also some community activities/workshops going on, but haven’t experienced these.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.
