UUsuario invitadoThe Holiday Inn was located in a quiet area, fairly central to the centre, with most of the shops, train stations, and some museums nearby.
I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, although small. I will definitely choose to stay there again, and have decided to visit again before the end of the year because I had such a pleasant experience.

UUsuario invitadoThe receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

MMPascaleHotel central , idéal pour visiter et à quelques stations de metro du stade Mauroy.
La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación de Lille Flandres. También cerca de un edificio colapso, que es un poco asustado, pero no fue un problema durante nuestra estadía. El hotel es hermoso y limpio, aunque cada habitación tiene un diseño diferente, por lo que la calidad puede variar un poco. El hotel está infestado con mosquitos y no tiene aire acondicionado. Mi habitación no tenía salidas cerca de la cama, lo que dificulta la conexión a mi teléfono o a los fans.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.
