UUsuario invitadoWir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, vom Hausmeister über das Servicepersonal und Rezeption. Vom Hauptbahnhof waren es ca 5-8 min zu laufen, leicht zu finden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt, auch kurz vor Schluss. Der Hotel Hund Flora hatte den besten Job :-) Zimmer sehr schön und sauber!!! Schöner Innenhof und leckere Gins an der Bar. Ab sofort ist das unser Lieblingshotel in Dortmund. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

SSylvester CHotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation. It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

UUsuario invitadoIt is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

ZZhangxiaowang19881. 這次入住體驗絕佳！從前台的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，都讓人滿意。早餐更是驚喜，種類豐富，味道超讚！唯一小遺憾是停車費略高，不過整體不影響我給五星好評，下次還來！
2. 酒店服務太貼心啦！房間佈置温馨，設施一應俱全。早餐的選擇很多，中式西式都有，吃得超滿足。就是停車收費要是能再優惠些就完美了，總體很推薦！
3. 必須誇誇這家酒店！房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服。早餐食材新鮮，烹飪入味，吃得超開心。雖然停車費有點小貴，但服務和環境完全能彌補，值得再來！

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.
