Fantástico
SSylvester CHotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation. It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

UUsuario invitadoI will definitely stay here again when I come back Dortmund. The hotel is very clean. It is located in downtown so we can enjoy food, shopping etc. The price is reasonable. I love this hotel.

JJt in DEJusto al lado de la estación de tren, el servicio es estupendo, cálido y amable. El espacio de la habitación es suficiente y la distribución es razonable. El desayuno fue el esperado. Es solo que la organización de fitness tiene algunas colchonetas de yoga y mancuernas en la esquina de la sala de sauna.

ZZhangxiaowang19881. 這次入住體驗絕佳！從前台的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，都讓人滿意。早餐更是驚喜，種類豐富，味道超讚！唯一小遺憾是停車費略高，不過整體不影響我給五星好評，下次還來！
2. 酒店服務太貼心啦！房間佈置温馨，設施一應俱全。早餐的選擇很多，中式西式都有，吃得超滿足。就是停車收費要是能再優惠些就完美了，總體很推薦！
3. 必須誇誇這家酒店！房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服。早餐食材新鮮，烹飪入味，吃得超開心。雖然停車費有點小貴，但服務和環境完全能彌補，值得再來！

UUsuario invitadoPerfect hotel! The room was spotless and very welcoming. Staff were friendly especially reception. They have accommodated our special requests as we were travelling with child with Autism. The balcony doors are lockable and they have shutters which is additional safety feature travelling with curious children. Beds were very comfortable and room quite large. Will definitely book again in future.

PPieter KooiLocation is excellent with walking distance from themain railway station in Dortmund. Another advantage is that the bus stop for the airport express, which is opposite the railway station on the left hand side is also only a five minute walk. The reception was very helpful and supportive. The room was clean nd quite. Wifi worked well. Behind the hotel are many shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk.

UUsuario invitadoWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
