Un hotel bueno en relación con el precio.
Bien situado al estar cerca del metro pero en una zona muy tranquila y al lado de un supermercado.

Top Hotel, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr netter Service und Personal und ein sehr leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und werden es wieder buchen.

Eins vorne weg
Gibt in das Navi Märkische Str. 73, 44141 Dortmund ein und nicht die Adresse Landgrafenstrase 1. Ihr werdet das Hotel so besser finden.
Das Hotel hat Parkplätze vorm Hotel sowie in der Parkgarage welches mit dem Rewe geteilt wird. Sprich der Rewe ist direkt neben dem Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, dementsprechend ist auch der Fernseher klein aber ich bin ja nicht im Urlaub im TV zu schauen von daher. Das Zimmer hat ausreichend Steckdosen und ist sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber für jeden was dabei und bietet ausreichend Auswahl sodas für jeden was dabei sein sollte.
Nett wäre noch ein Automat für frischen Orangensaft da dieser fast überall ist.
Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
Leider wurde der Schuhputzautomat entfernt.
Die U-Bahn ist 5min Fußläufig vom Hotel entfernt und man kommt ohne Umsteigen zu müssen in die Innenstadt.
Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Lage und mit der U-Bahn ist man in 11min in der Innenstadt.

Receptie 24/7 bezet door vriendelijk personeel (die buiten Duits ook vloeiend Engels spraken) en het ontbijt was uitstekend geregeld.
De locatie is voor Dortmund begrippen heel rustig, maar wel in buurt van supermarkten en zo'n 20 minuutjes lopen van het centrum af; daarbij is er ook een parkeergarage waar je als gast gratis kunt parkeren.
Al-in-al fijn hotel en we hebben zeker waar voor ons geld gekregen.
