UUsuario invitado超五星好評！環境優美，房間乾淨舒適，房間跟店家圖片一樣。店裡有棋牌室、桌球桌、橢圓機、按摩椅，爬山回來以後我了按摩椅舒緩疲勞，老公帶着孩子打桌球，玩得很開心。最好的是店家的服務，在入住前就主動聯繫我，加了微信，我詢問了停車場的問題，果然如店家所説停車位充足。入住以後店家很熱情，服務也很到位，我們定的房間衹有兩人餐，店家也沒要加錢也給孩子一份早餐，知道我家孩子過敏東西多，將家裡的牛奶和稀飯拿出來給孩子吃，晚上回來還給了我們一盤西瓜，出門這麼多次，這次是服務最好的一次

UUsuario invitadoWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

El personal es muy útil y ofrece asistencia adicional para hacer que nuestra visita a lugares de interés sea una brisa y nuestra estadía una memorable. El hotel nos ha mejorado para tener una vista maravillosa del lago desde nuestra cama.

MM433265****到溧陽旅遊，入住金峯國際酒店四天三晚，酒店服務人員很熱情，停車方便，到店門口保安師傅就幫我們把車子洗得很乾凈，還熱情的為我們旅遊線路提示情況。酒店房間衞生很乾凈，智能化設施非常方便。保潔阿姨服務周到，及時補充礦泉水。酒店早餐很好吃，為此我們又續住了一天。缺點是房間面積與網上宣傳不符，有點小，沒有凈風系統，關上窗户有點悶。

UUsuario invitadoFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

MM437442****Aquí, accidentalmente, agarré el último verde del otoño! El hotel de la mañana seleccionado, la excursión temporal, el resultado es una sorpresa! Fotografía super, cada escena es muy concienzuda, es un buen lugar para relajarse, adecuado para no ir a ninguna parte, ¡está aquí! Hasta un poco cada noche en casa, dormimos a las diez de la primera noche después de la cena caliente, dormimos a las ocho, el desayuno es delicioso y delicioso, la cena reservada también es sorprendente, las verduras son muy limpias, la montaña es buena y el alimento es bueno, y olvidé tomar fotos a las haha. La próxima vez, debemos llevar a nuestra familia.

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

MMilos TosicWonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁
