Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

UUsuario invitadoThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

UUsuario invitado從下車開始就感受到了滿滿的誠意，管家熱情且周到，會主動幫拿行李，還會推薦小眾的山間徒步路線，超級貼心。
民宿被青山環抱。晨起可以聽鳥鳴，傍晚能看到晚霞，民宿裏的泳池簡直是冬日續命神器。泡在裏面看山景，愜意到飛起。
早餐的清湯麪加上糖心荷包蛋是我的最愛，紅薯粉糯，南瓜香甜，都是樸實的農家味道。好吃又管飽，晚上去小酒館點一杯特調，晚風一吹，煩惱全消。泳池水質乾淨，小酒館的燈光和音樂都很有味道，房間的設施也很齊全，住起來很舒服，房間裏面的床品，我睡得很舒服，完全挑不出毛病。
最最驚喜的是民宿裏面有好多衹小貓貓，軟乎乎的超親人，沒事啊就蹲在腳邊上蹭蹭，擼貓的時光太治癒了。
這家民宿已列入我的無限回購清單。

UUsuario invitadoHahaha, el primer viaje al extranjero con la novia, el congelamiento dudaba medio día y finalmente eligió a esta gente. Dos días de experiencia descubrió que no había errores en la elección. El entorno en el patio es muy bueno, hay una experiencia alimentaria gratuita y la noche conoce a los pequeños salvajes es muy bonita. La proyección de la habitación también es muy clara y hay un problema con la respuesta de los pequeños conductores del centro de microcomunicaciones. La hora del desayuno que comienza por la mañana también se perderá por separado para nosotros. (Ps: La gallina quemada de pollo y la gallina es deliciosa!) Por último, si viene la próxima vez, se recomienda a este pueblo!!!

Jjuly0707El servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, tengo preguntas y respuestas. Me permito tener un compañero intimidad en la primera ciudad que vino. La habitación del hotel es muy bonita. La ventana está abierta para ver flores de cacahuete en flor, y hay pequeños pingüinos en el patio. El desayuno es muy bueno. El paquete de hotel del grupo está lleno de billetes de entrada para el jardín de montaña (incluyendo impresos no revestidos y pinturas, pinturas de pizarra, etc.), billetes de entrada para la montaña de Nanshan, y una comida de pescado o un refugio de Nanshan. La belleza del paisaje de Xuyang es hermosa, la próxima vez tendrá la oportunidad de volver a la montaña y vivir en este hotel.

SShengbancungouxi這次是跟老婆出來自駕遊，第一天去了天目湖和方村，晚上開車來南山竹海這邊入住，第二天去南山竹海。
出來玩選對酒店很重要，這次選的這家總體來説還是非常滿意的。
地理位置∶就在南山竹海邊上，離停車場非常近，停好車出來幾十米就到了，而且有停車券。第二天吃完早飯去景區大概也就走了十分鐘左右就到景區門口了，非常方便。
環境∶酒店本身環境比較有特色，是帶點古色古香的那種感覺。外部環境的話，因為想着是來看竹海的，如果在酒店推開窗就能看到竹海就太好了，所以專門選了景觀房，但效果沒有想象中的好，但也能理解，畢竟酒店是在山腳下不是在山上，視野沒那麼開闊。而且和官方房間圖片對比了下也比較真實沒有誇大。
服務∶我們訂的這房是送兩個人天目湖和南山竹海雙門票，再加挖筍活動，再加兩份早餐，光是門票就價值360了，還是很划算的，挖筍後來因為時間關係沒有參加，略有遺憾。酒店@管家潘璐 服務也很好，因為我們是計劃先去天目湖晚上再入住酒店，所以讓管家提前給我們辦好了門票，我們從家裡直接開車到天目湖刷身份證就進去了。
