Accommodating and friendly front desk staff with great dining options in Bankstown sports. Unfortunately my room left a lot to be desired: long black hairs on hand towel, shower towel, clumps in the corner of the room, toilet seat & bowl had stains, the shower towel smelt as if it had been used, and there was only one towel despite being a twin room. I'll chalk it up to a rushed cleaning job but pretty disappointing to be presented with that. Hope the other rooms are cleaner.

Room is nice and big. Just that there are no toiletries or bottled water provided. Location is nice as it's close to my work place. Recommend to try the Vietnamese pho and food around the hotel.

Very convenient when living in Bankstown Everything you need is around the corner

Reception of the hotel is not easily accessible. It took us 15 minutes to find it, asked multiple people. Very disappointing.

Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Put ot this way.. I'll see them in court Verbal abuse or toxic rude behaviour to anyone is not acceptable nor is it towards my Autistic daughter. Leaving me in a severe anxiety attack infront of my daughter. Shame on him and accor hotels. Thanks to the club manager that listen to me but shortly after I asked for water as there is usually 2 bottles in the fridge. They argued on the phone with my daughter saying it was 4 an 6 dollars. I didn't care I needed water as my anxiety attack got so bad I was choking. So instead I put my head in the sink used the tap drank from it the cups we covered in dust

住這是因為離出差的工廠近，訂之前看評分不高有些擔心，但住進去後感覺很不錯，離火車站也近，早餐不算豐富但還能接受

위치 좋고 커뮤니티 클럽안이라 같은 건물에 식당이 여러가지 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 이탈리안 피자가 맛있어요. 다만 청소가 나갔다 왔는데 안 되어있어서 불만이고 타올이랑 기타 잡다한거 바로바로 매일매일 안 갈아주고 전화해서 서비스 요청해야합니다.

就是我心目中的美居 交通方便 由於悉尼機場不能過夜 又要轉機 臨時訂了這間 設施：標配 衞生：超乾淨 環境：離機場距離較合適 服務：前台服務人員很nice 特別好

房間設施陳舊，酒店外部娛樂場所嘈雜，酒店外部環境較差，讓你無法想象這是美麗的悉尼，回到房間哪裡都不想出去

酒店在熱鬧的街區，吃的東西有很多選擇。房間很乾凈，就在俱樂部的樓上，俱樂部裏的麪館也很好吃，不錯的選擇。就是一定要有自控力……

留下有挺多美食，位置不錯！
