La ubicación del hotel es buena. Pero el personal no es profesional y su ética de trabajo no es amigable con el cliente.
Las habitaciones no se ***tienen según el estándar. Las sábanas y las fundas de las almohadas tenían pelos y ***chas, pero el personal de limpieza fue lo suficientemente servicial para atender nuestros problemas. Las luces no funcionaban, el problema se resolvió después de que asistiera un ingeniero.
Baño pequeño y congestionado para acomodar el balcón, supongo.
El desayuno era satisfactorio, de nuevo, el personal no era amable con el cliente. No había desinfectante de ***os en las mesas. Hubo bastantes invitados usando el buffet con sus propias ***os.
El ascensor / ascensor tenía un olor muy desagradable la mayor parte del tiempo.
En general, no fue una estancia cómoda. Lo único premium de esta propiedad es la marca Hilton. Está lejos de los estándares de Hilton que he experimentado en el pasado.

It was a very nice stay I and my wife loved this property very much I would give 100/100 for the Double tree Hilton suites it was like a home I also love ever staffs at this fine property because everybody were very kind Sandhya from front desk , Shoban , Suraj , Deepa ***l and Dipon etc Mr saravan who is duty ***ager in the restaurant was very helpful asking me I wanted anything and also got pancakes for childrens and my childrens now want to go to double tree suite for pancakes 😅😅 Shoban from restaurant and Dipon from house keeping are very good workers as well I got the opportunity to stay in your property for 5 days it was very joyful experience best of luck to double tree suite by Hilton good job

Some rooms have nice view of the nearby Forest Good food Excellent live kitchen ………../ Toilets in some rooms are not comfortable Staff are very polite and service oriented None are below expectations Very quite despite huge number of guess Wish to mention some good staff members Sonia , Khageswar, Alok

Had a pleasant stay in hotel. The housekeeping staff is very efficient, specially want to acknowledge house keeping staff "Joy", he maintain the room very well during my stay and was punctual with daily cleaning. Over all Staff is very courteous and receptive. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Excellent Service by Hridyanshu. He was very polite and even looked out for us when we went to the kid play area, when there was a change in order required, he came and supported us. He is a great person whome we met at Double Tree. We appreciate his service.

The experience was wonderful the condition in which the room was maintained was excellent. Joy did a wonderful job tsking care of all of my requirements and it was overall a wonderful experience. The food in the hotel was really wonderful and the terrace view was also really nice.

Such a pleasurable stay. Really grateful for all the warmth, care and genuine hospitality all through mad my stay really memorable. Special thanks to Chandini, Deepa, Alok, Suraj, Sandhaya, Deepali to name a few, but the entire staff was really helpful. Spreads in the morning were awesome and quality of food was just top class
