The experience was great the food the ambiance the service every thing was on point would really love to visit again !! It was my first time in Bangalore and the good hotel experience definitely was a bonus stayed here for 3 days and will definitely recommend staying here while visiting banglore!

Food is good and service is nice but more life perfor***ce required till 10 pm Some music is important ,like signing Ambience is also good, cold get colder easily,Esha ji has helped ally for services and other things 👍🍾🎉☺️😀🥹🤟💦😉💰🎁😎

The food is excellent 👌🏽 the pool bar on the roof top, give you a very relaxing feeling, after a long day. My waitresses has a beautiful smile and a wonderful display of English. Makes for a wonderful trip. The tawa fish I had for dinner, prepared by raja shef, very good!

Comfort inn is was very comfortable to me. Staff were good and helpful. Good hotel for my business trip due to proximity of my customers. Breakfast quality is also very good. I have stayed more than 5-6 times and get good experience everytime.

Very hygienic. Food is commendable. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Really enjoyed the entire stay. I recommend this place for all good services and also the location is great. Airport is nearby and other locations are easily accessible. Very much impressed

I stayed one week from 5th may to 12th may.it was Very Nice Experience, Awesome service with so helping staffs, Everything is good including Food&Beverage and Ambience.They maintain Hygeine and Specially Discipline one can stay enjoy their Stay there nicely...Although I have not felt any Language issue too...!!

I got a steal of a booking for a premium room at around 4700 rupees through EaseMyTrip. My positive experience began from the first call to the reception itself. Suraj went out of his way to cater to my request of getting viable and explicit conformation of my booking from their hotel's records, as EaseMyTrip did not send the same. On arrival, my check-in process was quick and smooth. The free wifi was a pleasant surprise. The room had thankfully been sanitized beforehand as expected, and was very clean. The mini-fridge was admittedly empty but this wasn't an issue overall. The bedding was extremely comfortable and of good quality. The electric kettle had been cleaned recently and the service staff was very quick to restock with milk, coffee and sugar sachets, on request. One thing that stood out was the energy level of the staff. They were enthusiastic, always smiling, attentive to the customer's needs and always quick to respond. Kudos to Suraj and Anju from the reception for their dedication and communication skills, Esha from the dining room staff for being thorough and honest, Samrat for stepping up on the occasion to substitute for his superior and ***oj for his quick service. I will definitely revisit Comfort Inn later this year.

The room was decent, but in my opinion, it's not worth paying for, especially considering the congested location near Yeshwantpur Railway station. The housekeeping staff never answered when called, and during breakfast, I was sweating because the air conditioning wasn't working. The gym was poorly maintained, with no hand towels or water bottles available. The swimming pool was also too small. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the experience it offers.
