Yuan ha estado viviendo esta noche en este hotel, pero todo está muy bien. La habitación es buena, el personal es amigable, y la tarifa de la habitación es realmente buena. Hay cuarto de baño, cuando se pone en la cama, el agua se extenderá a todos los rincones de la habitación, y lentamente se puede arreglar, así que cuando vuelves a entrar, se producirá un poco de ”inundación”. El estacionamiento también es muy pequeño. Pero en general, el servicio es bueno. ¡Los chicos lo hacen bien!

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

El hotel supera mis expectativas. Buen servicio por parte del personal. La cama y la habitación están limpias y son cómodas para 3 personas. El baño está limpio con comodidades estándar. La habitación cuenta con TV, mini refrigerador y alacena. Ojalá pudieran mejorar los cables del secador de pelo que no se pueden utilizar debido a su cable corto y el baño es pequeño.

Gran hotel que ofrece una gran selección de servicios y en una buena ubicación lejos de Kuta y del ruido. Tuve problemas con los jóvenes australianos y el comportamiento de los borrachos, pero aparte de eso, todas las habitaciones son buenas y limpias, el personal es servicial. El desayuno es muy bueno, con una gran selección y se puede comprar café a un precio especial en el desayuno por 20 rp. El bar es bueno pero bastante caro, pero como se espera de los hoteles resort, el gimnasio es pequeño y le vendría bien un mejor equipo. La piscina es bonita y hay mucho espacio para estar cómodo. Servicio de transporte gratuito disponible bajo petición, pero es necesario reservar el día antes.

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, pero no puedes caminar porque está al lado de la autopista. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Disfruto el desayuno y la piscina. Tengo suerte de reservar el masaje ~ Solo me quedo una noche y espero volver la próxima vez

I was looking for a place to stay in Bali Dempensar and I come across with this vila accomodation. I was arrived very late than I was meant to but all was sorted out by a very competitive staff and comunicate to me all the way. I was so please and stay a extra day. La habitación es limpia, espaciosa y bien equipada. El hotel está construido sobre una montaña y los alrededores son tranquilos, adecuados para vacaciones. El conductor contratado por el hotel, Wayan, es una persona muy agradable. Tiene un inglés excelente, una comunicación fluida, un servicio considerado y habilidades de conducción de primera clase. Nos llevó a visitar los lugares pintorescos de las líneas este y oeste de la isla Bunida. Él era tanto conductor como guía turístico. También nos ayudó a tomar fotos y actuó como nuestro guía. Cuando nos detuvimos en el lugar pintoresco, nos esperó pacientemente y nos llevó a un restaurante junto al mar con un hermoso ambiente que brindaba un lugar único. y comida deliciosa. Disfrutamos de la comida mientras escuchábamos música hermosa. 2 días de turismo por las rutas este y oeste, más 2 horas en 3 lugares para hacer snorkel. Vimos mantarrayas, hermosos y coloridos peces, hermosos corales y tortugas marinas. El personal de la empresa de snorkel también nos ayudó a tomar fotos y videos. , tuvimos la suerte de encontrarnos con delfines. Fuimos directamente al gerente del hotel para organizar el viaje de 2 días. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el viaje de 2 días, ¡fue genial! Mucho mejor que buscar un grupo de turistas, hay mucho tiempo para jugar y el conductor de Wayan tiene una buena actitud de servicio. Se recomienda encarecidamente solicitar al gerente del hotel que organice itinerarios de viaje. Son necesarios dos días para recorrer las rutas este y oeste de la isla Bunida, incluido el snorkel.
