El hotel está bien situado con un bello personal. Es limpio y limpio. La comida es buena pero no brillante, pero hay lugares de comida local muy cerca y un club llamado LOCAL DISCRICT, tiene música en vivo jueves/venerdas y sábado noches vale la pena visitar. Puedes alquilar un scooter, preguntar en la recepción y le darán la información que necesites, entregar y recoger en el hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es estratégica, hay una tienda de conveniencia junto al hotel. La habitación era agradable, nada especial pero son limpios y acogedores. El personal era muy útil. Uno de los lampones en la habitación no funciona y cambiaron la bobina inmediatamente. La habitación está muy bien iluminada, pero no es fácil de usar. En el lobby, funcionaba bien, pero en mi habitación (5o piso) se desconectó con frecuencia y la velocidad fue inconsistente. Lamentablely, as of this writing they still have to fix the problem.

Everything about this hotel was good but the food. It wasn't really a good breakfast. They also had Netflix, Prime video, etc.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Lindo lugar, piscina, habitación, instalaciones, todo sobre mis expectativas, muchos restaurantes cerca, también un KFC ( Kentucky Fried Chicken) a menos de 2 minutos a pie alrededor del rincón, Banco y otras tiendas .

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Hotel muy conveniente si desea permanecer en el puerto de Sanur para tomar el ferry a Nusa Lembogan o Nusa Penida. Menos de 10 minutos a pie. El hotel es bastante grande, es posible que tengas que caminar decenas de metros en el pasillo para llegar al número de tu habitación. El desayuno está bien. La piscina es agradable, pero solo recibe luz solar directa durante unas pocas horas alrededor del mediodía, ya que está rodeada por las habitaciones.
