Muy viejo pero bien mantenido, no hay personal para arreglar la fuga de aire acondicionado, el baño se llenó de agua durante las fuertes lluvias y el lavabo no funcionaba correctamente.

En general es un poco remoto pero está bien conducir hasta allí. La habitación es lo suficientemente grande y el efecto es bueno. Consideraré conducir aquí la próxima vez. Piscina de masajes semiabierta (un poco sucia) Me gusta mucho y el lugar para bañarse.

La conexión wifi es muy mala. Prácticamente ni siquiera pude conectarme a mi computadora portátil. La limpieza es mala, demasiadas telarañas que ni siquiera se molestaron en limpiar.

. This was, without question, one of the worst accommodation experiences I have encountered. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a strong smell in the room that we initially could not identify. After removing a pillowcase, I discovered the pillow underneath was completely covered in mould. This is a serious health concern. Guests are expected to sleep with their face directly against pillows, breathing into them throughout the night. Finding heavy mould growth inside bedding is not only unacceptable but potentially hazardous. Staff offered to move us to two alternative rooms. However, upon checking those rooms we found the same issue — the pillows were also heavily covered in mould. At that point it was clear this was not an isolated incident but a broader hygiene failure. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to leave the property at 1:00 AM in the morning to find clean and safe accommodation elsewhere. While the hotel refunded three of the four nights, they refused to refund the final night despite the fact that we were unable to stay due to the condition of the rooms. We were also forced to book and pay for another four nights elsewhere at short notice. Mould inside pillows is a completely unacceptable hygiene standard for any accommodation provider and presents a legitimate health risk. Under these circumstances a full refund for the entire stay would have been the appropriate and reasonable response. Until the property addresses its hygiene standards and bedding inspections, I would strongly caution others before staying here. Last nail in the coffin was the not working safe which we would have usual stored the passports in! If you do book here. Please check in he pillows I have asthma and it flared mine up chronically!

Everything was good from start till end. Friendly staff, location is good and the villa is cosy. Kids love the pool and we had a blast for our stay here. it was memorable.

Great location. Lovely villa with pool behind private garden walled space. Family enjoyed our time, loads of room/ kitchen, dinning and lounge. Friendly staff and additional services available.

The location is very convenient and it is easy to find vegetarian food nearby, although most of the options are Indian vegetarian. For Indonesian vegetarian food, we had to travel a little further to other areas. There are many massage and hair spa places around, which makes it very convenient for relaxation. It is also very easy to call a Grab from this location. A Grab ride from the airport to the villa cost around 126,000 IDR, which was quite reasonable. The villa service was attentive. Staff came every morning to clean the pool, and in the evening they helped make the bed. When we returned at night, the bed was nicely prepared and the air-conditioning had already been turned on, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel’s location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s just a 10-minute drive to the beach. The bed linens are clean and hygienic; the room is thoroughly cleaned every day, and in the evening they provide turndown service along with mosquito-repellent incense. The bath towels are a bit old, but we didn’t experience any skin irritation from them. I stayed in Villa No. 15. The swimming pool isn’t very clear, and the water feels a little salty. It’s fine for splashing around, but if you plan to actually swim, I recommend wearing good swim goggles. Overall, although the facilities are somewhat dated—the room decor and the smoothness of the doors could use a renovation—this is still a relatively high value-for-money option in this area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pool and the villa looked beautiful but a little bit outdated. We really enjoyed the privacy and quiet, and it was very convenient to get to places. The room was clean, but it smelled a little bit like smoking which was disappointing. Kitchen was nice but it only has microwave and kettle, not stovetop. Overall enjoyed the stay and it was lovely.
