If you have neighboring guests, it's way too noisy. Even if they are a couple rooms down the hall. Especially the ones that are up late. Additionally, I would suggest asking a room far away from the elevator, since people are very noisy there at various times throughout the day and night.
Another negative finding is that the main staff seems nice, but they don't actually help. If you need a simple thing like a knife or chair they tell you they won't have anything. I experienced some other things, which I will keep private. The bottom line is that there's zero flexibility towards guests, at least towards me.
So, the conclusion: as long as you're lucky with your room, don't need anything from the staff and can stand the location/neighborhood, it's a good budget option. Otherwise, I would suggest looking for a better place.
