El hotel está bien situado con un bello personal. Es limpio y limpio. La comida es buena pero no brillante, pero hay lugares de comida local muy cerca y un club llamado LOCAL DISCRICT, tiene música en vivo jueves/venerdas y sábado noches vale la pena visitar. Puedes alquilar un scooter, preguntar en la recepción y le darán la información que necesites, entregar y recoger en el hotel.

No sólo hemos tenido unas vacaciones maravillosas en el pasado, siendo yo mismo, me gustaba la idea de la seguridad en la puerta. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable. Wirik en el restaurante me dio cuenta que viajaba solo y salía de su camino para asegurarme que estaba cómodo y que tuve un sonrisa y una charla amigable para mí cada mañana. Ella hace un excelente trabajo y me hace sentir como familia La piscina es una de las mejores en Sanur. Perfecto temperatura y enorme, así que nunca se siente confundido y puede moverse libremente. Sería bueno que hubiera más salones. El hotel está situado a una distancia de la playa y cuenta con numerosos restaurantes excelentes. Muy diligente en sus trabajos y tan amigable y útil para mí. El Swissbel es mi ida al hotel en Sanur. Es tan grande por dinero y su desayuno buffet es grande. ¡Intenta una cena temática porque la comida es sensacional y de gran valor ser “todo lo que puedes comer”!

En general, el personal es amable y servicial. La ubicación es perfecta en el centro de Kuta, el parque Central Kuta es ideal. Pero no te sorprendas si tienes que pagar varias veces la tarifa de estacionamiento porque el hotel no tiene ninguna cooperación con el sistema de estacionamiento de la zona, si te alojas en el hotel de al lado. Han incluido la tarifa de estacionamiento para ese hotel. Todos los días, el hotel Kuta no tiene ese privilegio, por lo que DEBES pagar un extra por la tarifa de estacionamiento. La habitación es básica y está bien. ¿Está limpia? Según mi experiencia en la habitación 1217, había muchas manchas y suciedad en las sábanas, la ventana no estaba limpia y, cuando miras hacia afuera, había un ratón muerto justo en la entrada. No te sorprendas si los olores están por todas partes. El baño está bien, te llevará 2 minutos conseguir una ducha caliente, debes volver a instalarlo porque no era una ducha tibia sino agua muy caliente. El drenaje está obstruido, se inundará el piso por eso. y tardarán unos minutos en dejarlos ir. Esa fue mi experiencia en Every Day, tal vez tengas una experiencia diferente y buena. Reservé solo habitación porque salgo muy temprano para mi vuelo, así que no pude disfrutar del desayuno porque no lo reservo. Consideraré volver. ¡No lo prometo!

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

La habitación que hemos estado en Mega Boutique, habitación 502, era más que buena. que nuestros 2 paquetes de alimentos congelados se dejaron en la nevera en la habitación 502. I llamó al hotel inmediatamente ... fue recogido por el empleado que me pidió que dara tiempo para comprobar el mantenimiento de la casa . 5 minutos después, sólo llamamos para obtener una respuesta que no encontraron nuestro alimento congelado en la nevera. sabíamos que lo habíamos colocado exactamente en la nevera. sin embargo, milagrosamente, abracadabra ... hocus pocus ... el alimento desapareció sin rastro. es una vergüenza, La experiencia de estadía fue muy buena, pero dejando una impresiones desagradables sobre el servicio de hotel perdido y encontrado.

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Encontramos dos cucarachas vivas, una en el baño y otra en la habitación. Además les pedimos amablemente que nos guardaran 2 maletas durante 2 días en recepción, hasta volver de un viaje a las islas y nos dijeron que iba contra la política del hotel si no teníamos reserva en el hotel al volver del viaje.

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!
