Estancia agradable. La habitación (junior suite) es espaciosa, el desayuno fue fantástico. Sirvieron comida buena y variada y leche fresca caliente. Sólo un poco de tocino frío ya estaba podrido y se disculparon por ello. El baño estaba bastante resbaladizo, así que tenga cuidado con las personas mayores. También hay un acceso directo al callejón que conduce al centro comercial, lo cual es una comodidad. La piscina es increíble. Estancia agradable. Recomendado.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Overall experience was good. We have a pleasant stay. Directly attached to a mall, nearby full of restaurants and shops, very close to the beach. Very nice staff who greet you every time. Breakfast is decent. There are still rooms for improvement. Appreciate if the hair dryer can be permanently available in all rooms but not on request and need to request on daily basis. Sound proof is on poor side especially during peak season and there are some guests who like to make noise at 3am and hotel repair work that is done at midnight. The jam outside the hotel main road is super bad, a disaster if you need to travel outside.

Estaba en julio por 2 noches como punto de partida para unas vacaciones en Bali. La entrada era bastante indolora y sin problemas. El personal estaba excelente, agradable contacto con la bebida gratuita en la entrada. El hotel estaba limpio, acondicionado y en buen estado. La habitación era la misma. Buen tamaño, y moderna. Situación conveniente, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. La piscina cubierta es tan buena como las fotos se muestran. Fantástico. El desayuno bufé fue un poco submersible, pero no injusto para el pequeño precio.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

El hotel es un hotel con una piscina muy limpia y con excelentes habitaciones y habitaciones muy lejos de la calle, tranquilas y tranquilas. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, pero no puedes caminar porque está al lado de la autopista. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Disfruto el desayuno y la piscina. Tengo suerte de reservar el masaje ~ Solo me quedo una noche y espero volver la próxima vez

Acabo de completar una magia de 10 días en Wyndham Jivva Beach. Somos miembros de Wyndham (propietarios) a largo plazo y hemos permanecido en muchos de sus hoteles y resorts. El hotel está situado en el centro de Sanur y en el centro de Sanur, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos de la ciudad. El chef Gusti, que tiene una gran experiencia en los hoteles internacionales de 5 estrellas, ha sido un líder que ha garantizado un alto nivel de cocina en cada comida. Y Wijaya, el director de alimentos y bebidas dirigió un equipo de personal de espera que sería difícil de golpear en cualquier lugar. No hay tiendas cerca, pero hemos reservado viajes de medio día con conductores locales a precios muy razonables (600.000 IDR por 5 horas), por lo que pudimos visitar muchas atracciones locales. La playa (que está muy cerca), es de arena negra, no es un problema para nosotros, sino para algunos. En esencia, amamos a Wyndham Jivva y tenemos la intención de visitar de nuevo en 2024.
