This property is absolutely amazing! We spent the weekend here at Eskapo Verde and I def. have to say that this is the best and most unforgettable experience during our stay in Cebu. Location: The property is located south to Moaboal inbetween the Moaboal city/ town and Kawasan canyoneering. Perfectly quiet within lushy mangroves and wild creatures. It's not as bustling as Moaboal so if one is looking for a green escape this is the place to go. Facilities: The lodge offers cottages which are super amazing. Very well maintained and eco-friendly. I really appreciate the property's effort in not offering unnecessary plastic and disposable items. The property has its own restaurant and it is fabulous. We spent half a day just exploring the lodge and were pleased to have interesting encounters with its natural inhabitants. Staff and owner: Super friendly and professional. They provide responsible services, and the owners, Simon and Alain, are very hospitable and helpful. We really appreciate their help, as well as the support from the staff that made our trip so amazing.

Hotel muy bonito de estilo griego, blanco y azul. Inmerso en árboles en flor. El hotel dispone de 2 plantas residenciales y acceso a la azotea. La vista desde la azotea es muy hermosa. La habitación tenía hervidor de agua, nevera, café de bienvenida e incluso té. Hay acceso constante a agua potable en una hielera situada en el suelo. La presión y temperatura del agua de la ducha son buenas. Puede secar la ropa después del mar en el patio trasero bajo el techo (protección constante para secar la ropa del sol o la lluvia). Nos gustó, la orilla está cerca. La foto muestra la vista desde la azotea del hotel.

Отель находится в самом тихом и хорошем районе, рядом есть экскурсии где можно купить дешевые туры, до пляжа очень близко, там где кораллы, плавают черепахи, очень много сардин. Персонал доброжелательный, но единственный минус то, что когда я при отъезде попросила бутылку воды, мне его продали за 20 песо, а не дали бесплатно. Сам номер большой и просторный, что мне очень понравилось, собственная ванная комната, у меня было две кровати, также был выбор завтрака, неплохой завтрак. Но был минус, то что, раковина очень быстро забивалась и вода долго уходила, и к тому же у раковины ручка круглая и тяжело его крутить, то есть включать и выключать воду, если чуть мыльными руками попробовать открыть воду то вы не сможете открыть воду

Está súper cerca de la tormenta de sardinas. Solo necesitas hacer snorkel unos dos minutos para verlo. No necesitas comprar ningún plan. La señora del mostrador es súper amable y puede ayudar a pedir comida para llevar, pero el mostrador cierra temprano. Si desea pedir prestado un secador de pelo o agua destilada, hágalo temprano. La habitación es obviamente para buceadores y cuenta con todos los productos de ducha y baño. Es posible que el agua de la ducha de la habitación se corte y tengas que esperar. Hay pequeños insectos, pero es normal en estos lugares no os asustéis demasiado. Hay muchos perros y gatos callejeros. Algunos son muy amigables e incluso saben nadar. ¡El perro de la foto se llama Garlic!

⸻ Tenemos que quedarnos 2 noches y finalmente hemos prolongado nuestra estancia de 3 noches, prueba de que nos sentimos muy bien en este resort. El personal filipinos es excepcional: acogida, sonriente y siempre disponible. El gerente es de primera, muy profesional, habla varias lenguas y nada que redireccionar. Al comenzar, incluso había una recepcionista francesa, lo que facilita aún más la comunicación. La comida es excelente, de muy buena calidad. Es un poco más cara, pero es totalmente normal visto la ubicación aislada del resort. Le resort est excentré, l'accès peut être un peu compliqué, mais c'est le prix à payer pour profiter du calme absolu, d'une plage presque déserte et d'une piscine impeccable. Un scooter peut être loué facilement pour rejoindre les commodités. No entiendo algunos puntos de vista negativos: no se puede querer la tranquilidad sin aceptar el aislamiento. 👉 Nota: 8/10 👉 Recomiendo sin hesitar.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Orchid, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a  view of the ocean over the treetops. It felt peaceful and private — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. The staff were exceptional — so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my fiancé, offering suggestions for the perfect location and ultimately arranging for us to use their private rooftop. They also coordinated a romantic dinner there just for us, ensuring we had complete privacy. It was an unforgettable evening, and I’m so grateful for the care they put into making it so special. The resort arranged our transportation both from our previous hotel in Mactan and later to Cebu Pier 1, which made travel stress-free. We also booked canyoneering and an introductory scuba dive through them. The instructors were fantastic — very patient and reassuring, especially when I became nervous underwater and couldn’t finish the dive. While the resort is a bit removed from the busier Panagsama Beach area, that was a huge plus for us. We wanted somewhere quiet, scenic, and romantic, and Blue Orchid delivered exactly that. The restaurant doesn’t have a massive menu, but the food was consistently delicious, portions were perfect, and prices were very fair. Even though there wasn’t a kettle in the room, hot water, coffee and tea was readily available and it was never an inconvenience since everything was close by. We also appreciated the mosquito net over the bed — it added to the tropical charm, though we didn’t need it because insects were never an issue. We even spotted a tiny gecko in our room upon arrival, but it was harmless and quickly disappeared — just part of the island’s character! Overall, the Blue Orchid was everything we hoped for: quiet, romantic, and welcoming. The staff helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it, especially to LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a peaceful and genuinely inclusive place to stay in Moalboal. When we do a return trip to the area, we will stay here again.

Has a lot of potential. Location is good and staff were helpful in ordering Tuk tuks to the town and organising day trips. Unfortunately our shower kept going cold but they did do their best to sort it.
