Good location: 2 tram stops from the city centre, walking distance to restaurants Room size and cleanliness quite good Laundry facility is super (wash machine and dryer free, only have to buy washing powder) Breakfast not worth it - no cheese, no hot chocolate/cocao for kids, no freshly brewed coffee (costs extra)

Lovely historical hotel in excellent location a few minutes walk to the galleries. Great breakfast options and excellent meals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Very clean and convenient airport hotel with petrol station and indoor carport next door. Also got several EV chargers in the carpark (free of charge at the moment).

Room is large, very enough for family with kids. Everything is clean and tidy, the reception and restaurant staffs are really nice and helpful. The carpark is free, very good and convenience.The breakfast are excellent !! We have a wonderful time here.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno con una ubicación excelente, pero la experiencia del personal fue muy decepcionante. Viajamos con un niño y pedíamos un cheque tardío. Nos informaron que sería $30 extender más allá de las 10 horas, así que acordamos. Nos echamos a las 11:45, sólo para encontrar que habían cobrado 60 dólares, lo que se sentía injusto y engañoso. Si estás en un presupuesto riguroso y sólo quieres quedarse cerca del Parlamento y no te preocupes por comprometer el servicio, entonces este lugar podría funcionar - pero estar preparado para las interacciones deficientes del personal.

What an amazing stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and a lot of thought put into what we would need as travellers. Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Best meals I’ve had in a long time. The issue we had was difficulty with check in. There is not a ‘person’ there to help with anything. We will definitely be back again!

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

Reception refused to provide tax invoice as this was a business trip. They advised I needed to go through trip.com but trip.com doesnt offer tax invoices.... otherwise, my room was all the way in the other side of the reception. Would have liked if there was another entrance on the other side of the reception. EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST PERFECT!
