We booked a room for three people, but initially found that the room only had two sets of amenities, including bottles of water, slippers, and tea cups. After calling the front desk, the issue was gradually resolved. There were spider webs outside the windows, which discouraged us from opening them. The toilet occasionally made unusual noises, possibly when guests in neighboring rooms flushed. My father went swimming, but the locker would not open when he tried to get his clean clothes. We called the front desk for assistance. A staff member eventually came, but the interaction felt rather cold and lacked any sense of apology, despite the inconvenience my father experienced.

We stayed for the Canberra Marathon Festival. The location was close to the main event area, and there is a cafe and a foodstore close by. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet but there are a few restaurant's and bars along the lake about a 10-minute walk away. Uber's were always only a minute away. We had a great time seeing the sights, a lot of them are within walking distance from the hotel.

Location, staff, room everything was fine, but exhaust fan wasn’t working in bathroom & in AC ventilation was looks dirty(dusty).

My wife and I spent 3 days at the Ramada-Diplomat while celebrating our 42yr anniversary We could not fault anything about the whole experience. The information desk staff were friendly and pleasant and all our requests ( meals, extra pillows,etc) were promptly actioned.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

El hotel está situado en una buena ubicación, con acceso a la luz, a trenes, restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia. Además de eso, usted tendría que dar un ojo ciego al estado de la habitación (necesidad de reducir sus expectativas mucho) , bañera (necesidad de renovación importante), camas de polvo y mesa de snack, piscina muy llena y falta de espacios para coches del hotel.

We can hear people next door talking as we were arranged to stay at a connecting room. The door crack is so wide that we can hear people next door talking which gives a sense of insecurity. It is suggested that the door crack should be fixed, for the privacy of people staying at the two rooms who do not know each other.

Reception refused to provide tax invoice as this was a business trip. They advised I needed to go through trip.com but trip.com doesnt offer tax invoices.... otherwise, my room was all the way in the other side of the reception. Would have liked if there was another entrance on the other side of the reception. EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST PERFECT!

La ubicación es conveniente, el servicio es cálido y acogedor, y mi familia quedó muy contenta. Los alrededores son animados y está cerca de las atracciones turísticas y de la estación de tren, así que los niños pueden regresar fácilmente al hotel a descansar cuando se cansen. Además, el transporte es conveniente y hay muchos restaurantes. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.
