The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Location of hotel is at very good place. The metro station is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Ibis hotel. Thanks to trip.com through which we got this good hotel in cheaper rate.

With metro nearby, it was easy reach places. I did find few hairs next to the sink but nothing too bad. I forgot my phone charger there, asked about it the same they but they couldnt help me. beds are comfortable but very narrow (single)

Amazing attention to the guests ... This te is really obove standards... Not even in higher category hotels you find this... I felt they were all there to support and help... I arrived very early after a terrible long trip.. They made sure I could check in as early as possible... Same, the day after I arrived late for breakfast but still they tried to accomodate me... My congrats to the GM, there is always a good captain behind a team that works well in different sections.
Excellent guys keep it up!

Останавливался переночевать в связи с долгой пересадкой, чтобы не сидеть ночь в аэропорту. Апрель, но кондиционер работает только на тепло, а учитывая, что окно в самых прсотых номера в общий корридор, где тоже жарко, как-то охладить номер не получилось... В номерах ковровое покрытие, которое уже пережило множество приключений и видимо фонит уже разными запахами, или может быть из системы кондиционирования воняло... Полотенца не свежие, от старости поменяли цвет, одноразовые тапочки на несколько тонов были светлее, чем полотенца. Далековато от центра, а учитывая пробки.

酒店的服務很一般 周圍也很空曠 但是距離地鐵站很近 去各個景點都需要打車 房間內沒有洗漱用品 一次性拖鞋 更加沒有礦泉水 需要礦泉水自己去樓道里的飲水機上打在瓶子裏才可以飲用 給我們的房間是內窗 暗無天日的那種 很不舒服 入住了三天需要更換床單被套 也沒有更換 詢問就説忘記了 最後我們自己拿了枕套自己更換 總之入住體驗非常的差 不建議入住的酒店喔 同價格入住古城附近可能會更便捷一些 主要服務很差
