Amazing attention to the guests ... This te is really obove standards... Not even in higher category hotels you find this... I felt they were all there to support and help... I arrived very early after a terrible long trip.. They made sure I could check in as early as possible... Same, the day after I arrived late for breakfast but still they tried to accomodate me... My congrats to the GM, there is always a good captain behind a team that works well in different sections. Excellent guys keep it up! Regards Marco

Good for family, special if you already have booked a tour guide and he or she can pick you and show you , you dont need a hotel in city center in that case just book it here in sea pearl hotel your all set, We had a smooth experience, hope to visit Azerbaijan and sea pearl hotel again in future. La habitación era muy agradable (con un gran sonrisa) y el Sr. Orkhan nos hizo muy agradables las solicitudes y le ofreció una sala de actualización y también una habitación conectada. We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

El hotel canceló la reserva Aunque me quedé allí y pagó todo Existen fotos, pantallas de correo, etc. Comencemos con lo que pedí para una reunión temprana, me lo dio para que decidí cerrar mis ojos más. 1. El hotel no funcionaba en la primera noche del Wi-Fi. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. No hay duchas en el hotel! El duche se rompe! Llamé al administrador y él no hizo nada con él. Entonces llamé al director y al administrador con una cara desafortunada y murmurando por qué comencé a arreglarlo 6. En el hotel pequeños beetles que pedí para un alojamiento temprano, confirmaron, y después de confirmar que me pidieron un suplemento por un alojamiento temprano. Olvidé, el desayuno en el hotel también no está disponible y en la noche una persona duerme en la cocina :)
