It was a true delight to stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was really good, so we had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, also because the nearest town was too far. We went skiing. The shuttle driver was very nice and patient with us. The rooms were beautifully rustic and there was paper-cutting activity at night when we were staying there. We truly enjoyed our time there, because of the comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable staff.

這家酒店出乎意料的好，本來對華美度假區期望不大，實力入住感受衹要對滑雪不是要求高級道的華美比萬達好太多了，這家很有特色，房間設施管理很好，全屋地暖又可以體驗炕的感覺，酒店餐廳味道也出奇的好，量比外面會少一點。入住還可以免費體驗冰釣二十分鐘，我們後來又加了一小時，二個小朋友釣了十一條魚免費做了黃燜，晚上霍比特還有煙花，另一天住的瑞士，滑雪玩樂就特別方便，華美好評

先把此行唯一的槽點給吐出來😂 客房內的插座太少，就發現電視機後面有，還得把電視或者機頂盒給拔掉才能插，另一個在靠近玄關處衞生間門口的牆角，還有就是衞生間的一個了，對於家庭出行實在太不友好。
吐完槽，那就都是此行體驗甚好的地方，首先説下關東民俗風的建築和居室設計，包括一些細節處的佈置都很顯心思，其次前台的小姐姐們都很友善，不厭其煩解答問題和提供便利。疊加套餐內的其他遊樂權益，兩晚實在很有性價比！

有點像高配版的雪鄉，適合不喜歡雪鄉簡陋住宿的人。房間有地暖，但是衹有一間熱，廳裏要用電加熱，炕是電熱炕，晚上記的關掉，不然感覺被煮熟了，一室一廳的房型，但是衹有一個衞生間，人多洗澡有點麻煩，一個洗玩要等20分鐘才能下一個。衞生總體不錯，細節不能深究（炕墊子下面有上個或者上上個客人的瓜子殼？），位置離魯能小鎮有點距離，走是走不到的，衹能等擺渡車，門口打不到車，魯能回酒店打車20一口價。滑雪略顯不方便，早餐比較特色，能吃飽，正餐點菜還不錯，就是有點慢。風景真的不錯，拍照滿分。

東北風格 提早入住放下東西就直接去滑雪 這雪場對新手太友好了 拍照都能超出片 當你發覺一切都很完美後 一到早餐時段就讓人太失望了 咖啡豆沒貨都講得出。。口 。。 走了2圈 基本我碟都裝不滿 因為早餐那邊也沒啥食 。。讓人破滅對原鄉的印象 大扣分 若不是早餐那部份 絕對能滿分

這裏真的太讚了，第一天來了入住這裏，酒店給我們升級了套房，賊大，太滿意了，可惜第二天房滿了，我們提前半個月定衹定到一天，我和朋友都太喜歡了，還想繼續入住，直接把去延吉的行程都改了，衹想留在這個地方住下來盡情玩雪。感謝後來銷售小丹幫忙調房，運氣真好，幫我們調到了兩天續住，太開心了。
對於南方人，而且帶娃，真的不太想去擠景點，就衹想帶娃玩玩雪，這裏太適合了，有院子，雪也非常厚，而且乾淨，小孩子可以在院子玩雪，大人可以在房間，不用陪同，太棒了！而且服務也超級好，我們行李都是民宿幫拿的，去哪兒都車接車送，中途孩子去雪場滑雪忘記帶雪卡了，前台很快就安排司機十分鐘就送到。自助餐早餐很好，品類多，自助餐廳有個女服務員很好，很敬業！
還有大花棉襖提供，體驗了一把濃濃的東北氛圍！另外我們中途有一晚去了魯能瑞士那邊住的公寓式酒店，真的感覺太悶太幹了，作為南方人真的很難適應，這種大炕，沒有樓層的房子真的沒有那幹，睡覺鼻子喉嚨都舒服很多，特別推薦這裏！也特別感謝銷售小丹！
還有我們帶孩子還體驗了剪窗花，剪窗花的老師大姐人也特別好，特別有意思~
住在這裏，體驗了滑雪，温泉，拍延吉公主照，整個行程也不累~真是一次完美的度假旅行！！

很有特色的酒店，房間設施沒得説，屋裡有地熱，炕上也有熱源，真的是好暖和，房間面積很大，適合一家人出遊。酒店餐廳的味道和服務真是太棒了，連續幾個晚上都是回到酒店吃，菜品味道、和工作人員服務真的是超過預期。

酒店的環境非常好，房間也很大，大炕也非常有特色。前台的服務感覺挺一般，愛搭不理的，問好幾句才回答一句。房間裏有個很大的問題，就是很臭，應該是下水道的味道，打電話之後，工程立馬來處理，但是能做的事不多，處理完之後還是很臭，衹能忍着，好在人還是挺能忍耐的，在房間裏呆個半小時就感覺不到了，衹是不能出去，一出去一進來就立馬又聞到。
