Excelente hotel, fácil de encontrar, muy tranquila ubicación. El desayuno rico, todo el precio. He leído en algún lugar que el hotel no tiene agua caliente 24 horas y un ascensor: Esto no es cierto! Das Hoteltraube liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage am Rheinufer in Rüsselsheim Allerdings für behinderte Menschen ein absolutes no go. Der Service war nur dann gut , wenn ein gewisser Herr an der Rezeption war. Weibliche Personen schienen überfordert zu sein, dazu noch sehr launisch. Der Zimmerservice war ok aber nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen wie auch teilweise das Inventar. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Matratzen bis zum geht nicht mehr durch gelegen. Der Teppichfussbodem eine Dreckschleuder, voller Flecken und Risse. Ebenso die Teppiche in den Fluren. Einfach nur scheußlich. Bei näherem Hinsehen wurde auch schlecht gereinigt. In den Fensterrahmen hatten sich Spinngewebe mit kleinen toten Fliegen etc abgelegt, so auch bei den Fenstern im Frühstücksraum. Einfach nur ekelig. Die Fenstergardinen im Zimmer waren sicherlich mehr als 1 Jahr nicht gewaschen worden. Die übrige Ausstattung im Zimmer war zusammen gesucht. Das Schwimmbecken war aus betrieblichen Gründen geschlossen Auf den unteren Etagen viele Stufen und Treppen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service war ok. Dieses Hotel kann lediglich mit einer guten Lage und einem guten Frühstück punkten, ansonsten mehr als bescheidenen. Maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht erneut in dieses Hotel verweilen.

Tenemos dos habitaciones dobles renovadas, pero no demostraron lo que prometieron las fotos. El baño está equipado con un lavabo bastante pequeño y, en general, hay demasiado pocos espacios para aterrizar. El duche también es un poco más viejo. El personal es amable, pero no más. Al comprobar no se preguntó si todo estaba bien - quizás se hizo mala experiencia. El bar no es muy invitado, ya que está en la entrada y está muy iluminado por la noche. El desayuno ofrece todo lo que necesitas, se preparan los huevos frescos, excepto la tos. Marmelada, fruta, mosquitos, queso, pescado, salsa, hortalizas fritas y también comidas calientes. En conjunto, el restaurante de desayuno es demasiado estrecho, especialmente en tiempos de corona y en el que un cafeterías completos se forman como serpientes de espera. Quizás deberíamos pasar a dos desayunos en el hotel reservado. Desafortunadamente, aquí, como en muchos otros hoteles, tampoco hay pan de pan (y esto en Alemania!). Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.
